Bottom front tooth looks slightly discolored compared to other teeth
The tooth where I have the black marking on appears slightly discolored compared to surrounding teeth. Does this look like enamel loss or staining??? How can I fix this?

I find it so weird because most “normal” behavior is deemed as “something is wrong” like being quiet or god forbid being hyper gets you labeled with ADHD. God forbid your a quiet person with anxiety issues you get labeled as either “slow” or “autistic”. I am sick of this sh*t, not only is it dangerous to those who clearly have nothing wrong with them, it can be life threatening and will alter their self esteem and will stick with them for the rest of their life, while society is quick and gullible enough to believe other people’s diagnosis and use it to perceive and define them, then decide to treat them a certain way. It’s disgusting and it’s honestly predatory. Im surprised not enough people speak up on this because every person I’ve come across that isn’t from America have said the same thing, diagnosis isn’t even a thing in some countries bc it’s foolish & disgusting, especially when it’s children and pushing medications on them at such a young age.
I’m in desperate need of a good quality electric toothbrush. I haven’t got my teeth cleaned for 2 years now due to not having any insurance and still don’t have it. I have a lot of decalification and build up on the gum lines of my teeth and I have very sensitive gums and mild gum recession. I just need one that is good for sensitive gums and will actually remove all the plaque.
I haven’t got my teeth cleaned for 2 years now due to losing insurance and not having any. My teeth feel like they are at their worst state, even after brushing them they feel rough. Whenever I floss my gums bleed. Some parts of my gum especially in the first picture beside my canine tooth stays red and inflamed and has been like that for weeks now. The redness won’t go away. I have a lot of plaque buildup and decalification. I also have really bad health anxiety. I’m in a situation where I don’t know what to do since I don’t have insurance.
I feel like my quads look small from the front but on the side everything looks good besides having cellulite that is only visible in certain lighting.
I am trying to grow my hamstrings. I’ve been currently doing hamstring curls first with a 30 lb dumbbell and the first time I did them I could feel them in my hams and had them sore the next day. Now I have to do like 80 or more reps and I still don’t feel them in my hams as much, so I know something isn’t right. Form is the same as I’m just laying flat on the floor, I even tried doing it on the bench and it still feels the same as being on the floor. Today I did RDLs first and then hamstring curls and they definitely feel slightly more difficult, which is good right? Which one do you guys usually prefer??
I have chronic allergies and always suffered from them since I was little. I get it bad in my eyes to the point they swell up and form crust and all the nasty goey stuff. I also wear contacts too and of course that makes it even worse. I’ve tried every brand of eye drops including the expensive pataday drops that never did anything for me. Personally eye drops never work for me. The only thing that does make a difference is taking a clean cold wet rag and putting it to my eye and adding slight pressure atleast for 10 minutes. It helps a lot. I also suggest Alka Seltzer powermax gel capsules for sinus infection and it knocks everything out. Eye drops are simply a scam imo and insanely expensive for a tiny bottle that you only get 5-6 uses.
I am 5 ft and weigh around 95 lbs. When I was working out twice a week for almost 4-5 months. My quads were kind of built but I’ve noticed the muscle above my knee appeared flat and there was absolutely no muscle there. I can’t afford a gym membership, so I’m only working with a 20 lb kettlebell and 30 lb dumbbell at home. I mainly do squats with the kettlebell while wearing 2 heavy resistance bands. I also do Bulgarian split squats and goblet squats. It’s been about a couple months of not working out and I’ve lost a little bit of muscle mass in quads. I’m slowly getting back into doing squats, but I want suggestions on what workouts is best to build the tear drop muscle above knee?? Would doing heel elevated squats be better?? I notice doing goblet squats doesn’t really target my quads, I never feel anything.
I have frizzy wavy hair that gets weighed down easily, so I am always looking for something lightweight. I’ve never used a mousse before and all these years I’ve been treating my wavy hair like straight hair and not using the right products. I’ve been currently using L3 level 3 sea salt texturing spray and it kind of makes my hair more frizzy and doesn’t have enough hold for my waves. It seems like only my framing hair pieces turn into perfect waves while the back part of hair remains straight no matter how much I scrunch & force it. Can anyone suggest a good mousse out of the options I have listed? or if there is a different one you swear by please tell me. I would also like to know if some of you like gels better than mousse? Should I go for gel instead?
I have thick frizzy hair that easily gets weighed down. I have wavy hair and have been treating it like straight hair for years now. I am just now getting into products that will enhance my natural texture and help with frizz. I’m not sure what product to go for because there’s just so many of them. I’ve been off Accutane for almost 2 years now and I also wear contacts daily and my eyes are DRY 24/7. I even have trouble seeing at night because of how dry they are. Can anyone recommend any good eye drops? I was eyeing Biotrue eye drops since it says contacts friendly but I see other people suggesting Systane and Refresh. I don’t know which one to get because there’s so many. I’m currently using store bought rewetting drops (generic brand) which probably isn’t preservative free and I’m constantly having to reuse it, it just doesn’t help at all.
I’m looking for a good quality shaving razor I’ve finally decided that I am done using Venus Gillette razors. They just don’t work for me anymore and I believe it’s also contributing to skin problems such as itchiness and ingrown hairs. The last I shaved and used it my legs were insanely itchy and red and I notice that hairs get stuck in the back part of the razor, it often gets clogged up. I’m deciding between Athena Club or Billie, I don’t know which one would be better. I have sensitive skin and I also have strawberry legs.
I’m 23 years old and im 5 ft weighing around 95 lbs. I’ve always been a thin person who weighed less but always had toned legs. I don’t know why I have so much cellulite especially in that area. Do I need to be mainly working out my hamstrings or do I need to be doing specific outer thigh workouts to firm up the area??
I am 5 ft and weigh around 95 lbs and I have some muscle mass on legs from when I was working out twice a week for months now. I still have a crazy amount of cellulite on the SIDE of my thighs which is called the outer thighs. I’m not sure if I need to workout my hamstrings more to reduce it or if I need to only do outer thigh workouts like clamshells and lateral leg raises to firm out the area. I really don’t want to go on a strict diet to lose body fat because I already weigh less and am thin enough. I feel stressed out.
I absolutely love this shampoo and how it makes my hair look and feel especially within the next day. I have purchased this atleast twice now. I feel that it’s gentle enough to use daily even though it’s a “sulfate free clarifying” shampoo. Usually you aren’t suppose to use clarifying shampoo daily otherwise it dries your hair out but I swear this doesn’t dry my hair out when I constantly use it. It makes my hair so soft and airy feeling and it looks glossy. I also swear that it makes my hair less frizzy too, which is crazy.
For the love of god I cannot figure out the name of this type of haircut. I’ve been going to hair places and getting the WRONG layers and constantly having to regrow my hair. Would you consider this ghost layers or long subtle layers in the picture??? I love that it’s very subtle and her hair still looks like a solid straight cut. The black arrow is also pointing to where her layer ends.

I’ve been thinking about buying TO 2% alpha arbutin serum. I’ve never used alpha arbutin before and have always used glycolic acid. I feel glycolic acid doesn’t work for me anymore and makes me get more dark spots even if I use spf as I have lighter skin and am prone to dark spots, it also makes my redness worse. Will the results go away after stopping TO alpha arbutin serum?? Like will the dark spots and hyperpigmentation come back even if I avoid the sun and wear spf??
