Back molar looks slightly discolored on the back side?
I can’t tell if it’s a cavity or possibly a worn out filling. I experience no pain or sensitivity at all. When I move my tongue over it the texture feels rough almost like a gritty feeling. I don’t know what’s going on. In certain lighting when I look back there it looks grayish but only the back part of the molar where the dark spot is. The front part isn’t discolored at all. I have really bad health anxiety and I’m just hoping it’s not decay and having to get a root canal.
