Meesho + Shadowfax delivery experience 😭

I saw a super cool anime T-shirt on Meesho and ordered it on August 3rd. It showed that it would be delivered on August 12th, so I was genuinely excited and waited the entire day.

The First Delivery Attempt

On August 12th, the app showed that Shadowfax was going to deliver it. I called the delivery person assigned to me, and he said, "I went away and couldn't come to your location. I'll deliver it tomorrow." I politely said okay and didn't argue because I didn't want to spoil my mood.

The Second Delivery Attempt (or Lack Thereof)

The next day, I didn't get any calls, so I called him again. This time, he said they hadn't received any orders for me. I was like, WTF? 😭

I still didn't have any heated argument with him because I didn't want to ruin my mood over a T-shirt.

Confusing Tracking Updates

Then things got even more confusing. After that conversation, my order suddenly started moving around in the tracking system — it went to Mumbai, then Pune, and now it's in Hubli. 💀

And Meesho says "Customer was not available". Bro, I was literally waiting for the delivery. 😭

I can't even cancel the order now.

Who is at Fault?

So I'm genuinely confused: Is this Meesho's mistake or Shadowfax's?

Why I Ordered from Meesho

I've always ordered from Amazon, and their deliveries are usually quick and on time. I rarely use Flipkart. Honestly, I didn't even want to order from Meesho this time, but this T-shirt was GOD LEVEL, and it's from my favorite anime, Shingeki no Kyojin. I couldn't resist. 😂

It's been 16 days, and Meesho still shows the order will be delivered on August 12th.

At this point, I guess I need to time travel to August 12th, enter a parallel universe, or wait until next year to get my T-shirt. 💀

Has anyone else experienced something like this with Meesho/Shadowfax?

12-Month Workout Transformation | 87 kg → 70 kg | Cut, maintain, or lean bulk? Looking for honest physique feedback

Hey all,

I just wanted to share my workout progress and get some honest opinions from this community.

Training Age: 12 months

Age: 23

Height: 173 cm

Weight: 87 kg to 70 kg (-17 kg)

Stats

Age: 23

Height: 173 cm

Weight: 87 kg to 70 kg

Calories: ~1800 kcal/day

Protein: 115–130g/day

Job: Desk job

The journey so far

I've been consistently training 5–6 days a week since August last year. I started with a traditional bro split, then moved to training two muscle groups per session, and now I'm following a Push/Pull routine.

Since February, I've also been running 5K at least 4 days a week.

Current lifts

Biceps/Triceps: 25 kg × 15 reps

Chest Press: 55–60 kg × 15 reps

Squat: 80 kg × 10 reps

Leg Press: 100 kg × 20 reps

Deadlift: 80–90 kg × 8 reps

Shoulder Press: 30 kg × 10–12 reps

These are just the major lifts. Most of my working sets are taken close to failure.

Nutrition:

One of my biggest mistakes early on was protein—I was only getting around 20–40g/day.

Since May, I've fixed that and consistently hit 115–130g daily through whey, soy chunks, eggs, milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, bananas, and whatever protein I can get from my PG meals.

Creatine: 3g daily since February

Water: 3+ litres/day

Sleep: 7–8 hours most nights

I keep carbs under control by having either rice or chapati in a meal, not both, and I always include vegetables. I don't eat sugary foods apart from the occasional temple sweet. Fried food is basically gone, except for the occasional bag of chips during movie nights—I'm human 😄.

I also walk around 3 km daily just commuting to and from the gym.

The struggle:

I'm really happy with losing 17 kg, and I can clearly see the difference compared to where I started.

However, my lower belly, chest, love handles, and what looks like loose skin are still bothering me.

I'm not sure if it's mostly:

Loose skin,

Stubborn fat,

Or a combination of both.

Based on my photos, what do you think?

Should I:

Continue cutting?

Eat at maintenance for a while?

Start a lean bulk?

Or just keep lifting and be patient?

Is there anything that actually helps reduce the appearance of loose skin naturally, or is it mainly just time, muscle gain, and staying lean?

My goal:

I'm aiming for an athletic, muscular physique—not just skinny. I'd love to build a big chest, thick arms, broad shoulders, and eventually have visible abs while keeping good muscle size.

Still a long way to go, but 17 kg down and I'm not stopping.

Finally, I'd really appreciate any opinions on where I'm lacking most (chest, shoulders, back, arms, legs, body fat, posing, etc.) and what you think I should prioritize over the next 6–12 months.

Thanks for reading, and I'd really appreciate any advice or constructive criticism!

Watched Spiderman BND in 3D

So this was my first ever Marvel superhero movie in a theater. Back in my village, Hollywood movies usually don't get released because we only have a single-screen theater running multiple shows a day, no multiplex. Since I moved to another city for work, I finally got the chance to experience these movies on the big screen. Last week was my first Christopher Nolan movie in theaters, and now it's Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

Never expected anything less from Sony and Marvel. It was a great experience. The 3D especially... from the very first opening shot, it was absolutely killing.

Only annoying part was that within the first 5 minutes, a few people came in late with their flashlights on, searching for their seats and blocking the screen. It pissed me off for a bit, but anyway, it is what it is.

I booked the center-most seat in a full hall, and honestly, I couldn't have picked a better spot. The experience was worth it.

They balanced the emotions and action really well this time. Spidey, Hulk, and Punisher were all great. Punisher felt a bit softer in this movie though. Anyone who's watched Punisher knows how cold and ruthless he usually is.

The fight choreography had a nice kung fu touch, which makes sense since it's from the Shang-Chi director. Jean Grey is a character I had never heard of before, so I don't really know much about her, but Sadie did a great job.

>!My favorite sequence was definitely Hulk vs. Spidey. It was short, but so worth it. In 3D, when Hulk threw that mutation control device, it genuinely felt like it came out of the screen. That moment was insane.!<

>!Towards the end, I honestly thought it was over for Spidey, but somehow he came back with Jean's help. I also wish his besties had remembered him. There was that little tease at the end, but I'm still not sure what exactly happened there.!<

>!And then the post-credit scene... Spider-Man in outer space? Is that Miles Morales from Spider-Verse, or someone else entirely? I have no idea. Guess we'll have to wait another couple of years.!<

My last 3D experience was Avatar: Fire and Ash, and that was absolutely goated. But this... this was even better. I'm talking purely about the 3D experience, not the movie itself.

Re-watched the Lord of the Rings Trilogy after a long time.

I've been watching adventure and thriller films lately, so when I saw this movie snap on swiping, I decided to give it another go. I didn't remember what I saw the first time, which was good for me. I finished all three parts of the film in a single day, and it was fantastic. Please let me know how many people have seen it and which character or scene you liked best.

Need a smartwatch or band

I need a smartwatch or band just for steps tracking, nothing else, and for km calculating, because I practice marathon and walk 10k every day, so need for those simple purposes.

Watched Requiem for a Dream 😑

Basically, I avoid watching psychological films.

I recently posted about suggestions for one movie for Sunday night, most of the recommendations I've watched it, and one person suggested this, so I gave it a try, in Google it was horror/drama, but after watching the film

I'm traumatized by the cuts, scenes, and actors that all played Kathakali in my mind.

Have you had a similar experience?

u/Aware_Date3764 — 25 days ago

After a long time, I watched Gravity Falls again.

I think the first time I saw it was in the 5th or 6th class.

I recently re-watched it and it was fantastic; the mystery, Dipper, Mapel, Stan, Wendy, Soos, Waddles, and so on were all excellent.

The weekend went well.

I'll be watching Vijay's movie in the theater for the first time 🎭.

So, while I'm not a fan of Vijay, I've been watching his films since I was very young.

Im planning to watch **Jananayagan** this Sunday.

Is it worth a shot, or should I wait for OTT?

I need honest answers, not optional ones like whether you are a Vijay fan, go or no.

Please let me know if the movie is worth watching.

Looking for story-first books (I hate textbook-style books)

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for book recommendations, and I'd love suggestions based on my actual reading taste rather than just "must-read classics."

What I enjoy

- Story-driven books with a strong plot.

- Science fiction, especially space exploration, first contact, survival, and cosmic mysteries.

- Historical fiction and ancient history.

- Adventure, mystery, thrillers, political intrigue, and strategic characters.

- Rich world-building and unforgettable characters.

- Books that leave you thinking for days after finishing them.

What I don't enjoy

- Textbook-style nonfiction or books that feel like lectures.

- Heavy exposition with very little story.

- Self-help books.

- Romance as the main focus.

For example, I tried Astrophysics for People in a Hurry, and although I love astronomy and space, I couldn't get into it because it felt too much like a textbook. I enjoy learning when it's woven into a compelling story.

Books I'm planning to read

- The Count of Monte Cristo

- Project Hail Mary

- Shōgun

- Dune

- The Three-Body Problem

Based on this, what books do you think I'd absolutely love? They can be classics or modern novels, but they must be story-first and genuinely unforgettable.

Thanks!

Hunter 350 owners: Real-world mileage & maintenance for 1,000 to 1,250 km/month usage?

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to buy a Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and would love to hear from long-term owners.

My usage will be around 1,000 to 1,250 km per month, which includes:

- Office commute twice a week (short city rides) – 14 km per day

- Daily marathon practice rides – 4 km per day

- One 440 km home trip once every two months (220 km each way) and around 150 km of riding in my hometown each visit (mostly curvy, uphill and downhill roads)

- An occasional 200 km weekend ride with friends

Overall, my riding is roughly 30% highway and 70% city, curvy, uphill/downhill roads.

My priorities are:

- Long-distance comfort

- Good fuel mileage

- Okay maintenance cost

- Smooth city riding

- Reliability for long-term ownership

I was comparing the Yamaha XSR155 and the Hunter 350, and I'm trying to understand how the Hunter performs in real-world ownership before making my final decision.

I'd really appreciate if owners could share:

- Your actual mileage (km/L) in city, highway, and mixed riding.

- Monthly or yearly maintenance/service costs.

- Any common issues you've faced.

- Whether you'd recommend it for someone riding 1,000–1,250 km every month.

Thanks in advance!

Need help choosing between Hunter 350, Ronin, and XSR155

I'm planning to buy a bike and I'm confused between these three options.

My usage:

- Around 1,000 km per month

- Daily gym commute and occasional office commute

- Around 500 km/month for hometown trips (250 km one way and back)

- Additional 150 km/month riding in my hometown

- Around 200 km/month local rides with friends

- Mostly solo riding, occasional pillion

My priorities:

 1. Good mileage and reasonable fuel costs

 2. Comfortable enough for occasional 250+ km rides

 3. Reliable for 5+ years of ownership

 4. Low maintenance and overall running costs

 5. Comfortable city riding and highway cruising

Which of these would you pick and why?

I'd especially like to hear from owners who have lived with these bikes for a year or more. Any regrets, hidden costs, comfort issues, service experience, or things you wish you knew before buying?

Thanks!
