How do I sell my KL apartment? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I bought an apartment in KL back in 2012 in the Setiawangsa area. I am now looking to sell. I am trying to understand what price to expect realistically for a three bed two bus flat in Setiawangsa in the Seri Maya condominium.
As somebody who doesn't live in KL or is from Malaysia, I'm looking for guidance on how best to sell and also how much to market it for.
Thank you so much in advance.

Passed but …

I passed my driving test with four minors on the third attempt two years ago. And I haven't driven since.
I would now like to start driving, but I feel like I have no confidence at the moment. My Driving Instructor wasn't the kindest so l think somewhere fear settled in my mind about my driving abilities.
Has anyone else been in a similar situation?
If so, how did you build up your confidence to be able to drive independently?
Should I take a lesson or so in my own car with an Instructor sitting next to me to help with confidence?
Would anybody have any recommendations for an Instructor based preferably in London in RM2 who can give me confidence ?
I don't want to get family to do this because I feel I will be more nervous with family in the car:/
Thanks in advance

Can I still use these palettes?

I recently opened a brand new Too Faced Chocolate Gold palette that I had bought in 2018 as a back up since I loved the colours of the original. However, I could see some discolouration on some of the colours. Not sure if the photo has captured it properly but there’s something on the surface it seems.

Similar thing happened with my Naked Heat palette on a couple of shades.

Since I love both palettes, I’d ideally want to be able to still use these 😩

Any ideas on what it might be and if there’s a way to safely remove this top layer?

Thanks in advance! X

Product recommendations needed

I saw this look on Indian actress Alia Bhatt a few years ago and have been obsessed ever since!

How would you create this look? Particularly interested in the cheeks and skin - it’s so beautifully blended and looks like a second skin.

Do you reckon it’s a cream product? What would it have been applied with for this effect?

I have tried a few different products but have not been able to achieve this effect!

Editing to ask for your favourite brush recommendations as well. Do you use a fan brush or a blending brush or just your fingers to apply the highlighter for this effect?

I’m an Estée Lauder 1W2 Sand, and looking for a blinding highlighter!

Too many evenings of looking online so turning to this community for expert recommendations.

I would like a blinding highlighter - something that doesn’t emphasise pores or texture rather blurs. Something like this photo but even more glasslike if possible!

Thankies x

Hey, want your ideas and suggestions please.

I’m currently considering a 1.8 m dining table for the room. Layout attached. Will the dining table look too small or would it be okay for this room?

I’m also looking at putting eight dining chairs around it, the ones I have liked are about 54 centimetres wide each.

The other question I have is around the layout, especially for the sideboard. Should I place it in the middle in front of the closed chimney breast or should I tuck it in one of the sides? Visually, I prefer the middle, but again I don’t want the space to be too cramped.

The images of the table and the chairs are Potential suggestions not actual photos of the room.

Hey everyone! I’ve been a silent member for some time admiring how this community is so talented!

Now in need of your advice.

We are looking to set up our living room and our dining room. We have some basic furniture. Would love your input and ideas.

We’re based in the UK so if you have any links that would be amazing but equally all ideas and suggestions from anywhere in the world are most welcome 🙏🏻

Both rooms, thankfully get a lot of sun in the daytime!

I have attached an image with the measurements of both rooms for reference. Excuse my artistic abilities.

  1. Living room:

The sofa set stays, and for now the baby pen as well. What can I add to this room to make it look more luxe / put together?

  1. Dining room:

We are going to replace the dining table with a 1.8 m long rectangular dining table with a marble top.

The rest is all up for play.

Looking forward to your suggestions!

Thank you:)
