Okay so i heard some complaints about the old rumiko template and i myself agreed that it felt a bit odd so i decided to Do a recount on characters that people feel dont fit. I Also added a new collum to add more variety of charcters to the template.
Also their werent any rules before so i decied to add some. The character has to fit the box they were created. Second since this is the Rumiko subreddit i expected people to have watched more than like 2 of her Mangas so you cant just soley nominate charcters from 1 series becuse i posted this on this subreddit if you want bias then just go to the particular Subreddit so you can validate your bias. Lastly no repeats unless their is no other character that can fit.
