I am writing this post at 12:06 MN (GMT +8) regarding on when does the system in Maya (particularly, on my Maya Black CC) for my next statement and to produce my payment due date for the month of August 2026.

So, my cut-off is every 27th of the month and I would explicitly receive the CC statement om the 28th of the month (coz' I prefer to have it on the 28th). My first encounter on my due date does fall on the 18th, but nowadays my statement would prompt that I would pay on or before the 17th.

My question/s are:

-What time on the due date (now is July 28 already, as of writting) does the app advice me what to pay for my next due?

-Why is there a change of due date: instead of 18th, it becomes 17th (or some instances, on the 16th)?

I want a genuine answer naman, as to know what to expect. And, may binarayan ako na amount para sa CC ko even after I fully paid my current monthly due (to purchase something and earn miles).

Gusto ko nang i-redeem ang Garmin eGift from Maya Miles, kaso palaging "Something went wrong" ang atake ni Maya. Kasi nag-iipon ako ng eGifts para may future purchase ako na something to use/eat, at may validity ng after one year ang mga eGift vouchers (from Giftaway — 3rd party provider sa GC).

Ganitong-ganito ako while trying to convert my miles into Bo's Coffee (paulit-ulit ako nang press to continue, pero bigo ako at the first attempt).

Sana makuha ko na ito, at the proper time. Para sa natitirang miles ko, ang maiiwan ay gagamitin for food or eye care.

I would share with you on how I got this credit card with Maya, and how I can convince you not to cancel (especially with naka-SCC tapos mag-sign up ulit ng unsecured card kung papalarin) your Maya Black because of some problems arise with lounge access redemption and eligibility.

When I got my Maya Black, hindi nag-prompt sa akin na ibigay yung unsecured but yung Maya Black Express ang inoffer sa akin. And when the time na end yung probation ko for 6 mos. sa isang BPO company, I used my final pay eventually to get the Maya Black at nag-deposit ako ng at least Php 12,500 (gave me 10K CL on instant). Ayuuuuuuun, mabilis ang pag-process ng Maya Black ko and nag-spend ako initially sa online purchases (like, Race Roster for Singlife Cebu Int'l Marathon and annual Hevy app subscription).

Fast forward after almost 4 months using the credit card, sulit naman kung gagamitin ang Maya Black ko for purchases – either by physical card or Google Pay – and mabilis mag-reflect ang binayaran mo na dues on that certain month.

I know that there is a fuss on the town nowadays, dahil may limitation na sa paggamit ng lounge access kasi nga daw may sine-set na spending limit nila. Ang masasabi ko ni Maya: taasan mo nang kaunti yung credit limit ko kasi kating-kati ako makagamit ng premium lounge access if makakasali ako ng marathon sa labas ng bansa. Bayad na ako this month in full, dapat may increase ako!!!

When it comes with Maya Miles, nakagamit na ako for food needs while I'm in Cebu (di masyado miles-friendly ang Bohol – unless dadating sa Panglao Island ang Robinsons Supermarket, yay for us cardholders and Go Rewards holder din!). Nakakain na sa Bo's Coffee at 8Cuts Burger. Ang dilemma ko nalang is yung natitirang miles ko (almost 18k now on current standing) is to get the following:

●Garmin (either worth 2,500 or 5k)

●Ideal Vision

●Fully Booked

●Res Toe Run

at matitira ay sa mga pagkain at mga anik² (including Yves Rocher).

Eventually kung may gagamit sa code ko for signing up sa Maya Black, ay mag-consider ako na kukuha ng Macbook from iStore or Power Mac Center (if saan ang mas pabor na kunin ang laptop) na magbabayad with eGift vouchers from Maya Miles.

So ayuuuuuun, wag ma-sway sa bandwagon nang dahil sa lounge access. Kung may spare credit card with lounge access, pwedw naman dun gamitin. Instead, consider using the Maya Miles eventually. Yun lang!!!!

Update No. 2: I have posted on a separate post that there is no need to request for credit limit increase at the chat agent/raise ticket/contact hotline for that. Basta, panatag ako na may lounge access pa ako!

So, I asked the BE Pods Lahug FB site on what are the rooms and the monthly rate for that matter. Other option would be ABC Plus Hotel but needs 3 months advance and 1 month deposit.

Here are the prices and pax nila, also ang naa sa room ug ammeneties nila sa hotel/condo.

They explicitly stated if long term stay man gali:
