Single Family Inventory Up Slightly Year-over-year

Inventory growth has slowed, but demand is currently held back by higher mortgage rates. If even rates go down by 0.25%, demand will perk up but inventory growth won’t because most sellers are locked in by 3-4% mortgages they got a few years ago.
