Controller broken

I've heard my father's voice

So I am at vacation at my grandparents right now and I woke up today at 5:30, I got up to go to the toilet and when I came back I tried to sleep again, but something was stopping me, I've heard my father's voice from approximately 2 rooms away, but he was at that time 2 kilometers away in my house, and that's not everything when I refused to open my eyes for like 5 minutes I saw in my eyes that glitched no signal, that plays on coloured TV's when there's no signal, so I got up, as fast as I could, and then nothing else happened, and mind you, it wasn't possible that it was a dream, because I was checking notifications on my phone

Mojang deleted my capes

So, mojang deleted 3 of my capes: 15th anniversary cape, followers cape and office cape. They aren't showing up either on my phone, Xbox, pc and Microsoft purchase history, is there anything I could do to fix it?
