I've seen this girl on instagram for the past few months, I always have some unique feelings with her just as I was familiar with her for a very long time. And she started it first by liking my stories and insta notes but I came to realise it was her behaviour to like the stories of people but she had some attention towards for sure.

1 attempt I tried to message her she left it by seen zone but didn't unfollow or block me. She kept liking my stories and notes. One of my female friends gave a request to this girl and my friend texted her with basic questions she just unfollowed her. But she kept me in the connection.

Later I sent another message where I expressed my intention like I messaged her that I have a feeling of familiarity with her and I was not here to text casually (I described my exact feeling here). And she responded with 'ok' and it's been a week since she sent okay.

I need a manifestation technique that might work for me in this situation. Please help me with this.

All I need to do is outreach the website and make them publish my client article. Tbh my salary was pretty good considering the work but the learning is very less also if I try to join any other company they didn't even consider my resume because of my high salary and experience on the off page seo alone. And recently they fired 2 people because of low performance (one of them have 3 year experience in the company) i was scared after the layoff. From there I started to search another job but almost everyone rejected my resume because of unfamous digital skills like off page seo.

Recently one of my friend(he's a developer) referred me in a company for an email marketing role, I attended 4 rounds in the company and I've given a decent interview. I almost likely to be selected by the company.

And yesterday my friend called me and he said that this role has very little learning and the salary is almost or less than my current salary. Also I need to relocate to Bangalore from my current remote job. Even one of the employees who works in the same position in that company warned me about the little learning and less hike. But I have partial knowledge about email marketing as well. And that employee explained to me the work process which is very easy and relevant to my current work. He also said email marketing has almost less scope to link building.

I was confused now, should I stay in the same company or should I switch to Bangalore for an email marketing role?

I also have a thought of scope while staying in Bangalore because we can get job opportunities than most other places.

If there are any email marketers in the sub reddit, please clarify my doubts.

Can't believe Axar is playing like he didn't even know batting.

His batting form is very poor, Just a few lucky matches he got some runs in 2025-2026. But he wants him to bat at no.4 for DC. Unstable middle order already costed us a lot.

They give a choice to adjust the headlight but it nothing but useless, I was not able to adjust the headlight with any type of screw driver.

Has anyone got a Management consultant role after graduating from a tier 2/3 college?

I'm currently looking for career transition from digital marketing to Management consultant. I outreached many management consultants (mostly from big 4) for internship. But they're saying they only hire tier 1 college MBA graduates.

Do you guys know a organization that hire for intern or junior management consultant position from a tier 2/3 MBA?

Mine clear photo with a baggy pant. Why are girl so obsessed with baggy pant? I still don't know. I used to get 3-4 matches atleast after changing my photo with a trending outfit.

Recently I improvised my bumble profile by decent photos and get the attention of girls, but there's an issue where the matched girls respond to me but they give a very dry responds like one word.

I mostly try to start the conversation from 'what are they doing', 'Are they like to travel' but except 1 girl out of 4 I get to matched all other where responded dry like give 'yes' or 'no' responds that too after taking few minutes to reply.

Any idea to overcome this issue? How to make the conversation even more engaging?

My plan is to make them a voice call, is that really work? Because if I can talk I'm sure I can an impression.

I love the business consultant's responsibility and the amount of knowledge you gain will be so high (as far as I know). I was trying my best to get to know the basic skills required for the role. I tried to contact someone on this field but I was able to find very few of them in last linkedin.

I want a suggestion from business consultant here in the subreddit:

1. What should I need to learn to crack interview of business consultant role.

2. How to connect with an experienced business consultant?

3. How to find companies that hire business consultant? I mean a Indian company not bosh or McKinsey like companies.

I have crush on a random girl on instagram, any idea to approach her?

Hi guys,

1 month before she followed me in Instagram and I found her profile very familiar with myself but I didn't ask her as she's solid 9/10 and I just leave it as it is. Later she liked few of my stories and I thought that she had some attention towards me so I messaged her like "hi, you looks familiar to me , are you studied in my college"

Guess what she just saw the message and didn't replied for 3 days. And I got frustrated and unsend that message. One week after this incident she liked my stories and notes constantly but leave some stories and notes without liking it. She looks mysterious. I have no idea what she's doing but this strange behaviour made me curious day by day and I started to have crush on her.

She usually post melody notes I used to her's too. So today I planned to reply to her notes and develop a conversation.

My plan is to message to her notes like "I haven't missed your notes today, madam😅" this is my chat most probably look like. Is anyone have any better text idea for this context?
