După ce am văzut postarea de acum câteva zile despre cum românul nu prea e mare iubitor de artă, și am cam spus părerea mea și văd rezultatul (ok, dc mi-ar păsa de downvote-ul fix ăstora despre care postez) îmi cam dau seama că și foarte mulți intelectuali sau "nerds" de-ai noștri sunt cam la fel de frustrați și insuportabili ca și bombardierii de care ne tot plângem, lucru pe care îl observ și când vorbesc, ca operator call-center, când mai dau de vreun geek: foarte pe-repede-înainte, foarte pe ascuns cu ce postere are prin casă, ba chiar am și dat de un pasionat de muzică mai clasică și m-a întrebat "ok, acum lăsând glumele dvs, ce vreți exact de la mine?" "SĂ TE MIȘTI LA O SURSĂ DE LUMINĂ SĂ ÎȚI POT FACE IDENTIFICAREA PENTRU CARE SUNT PLĂTIT ZI-DE-ZI, DOMNU' IQ 160" (asta clar am zis-o în mintea mea xDD)...

Dar sincer, indiferent că vorbim de muzică, de filme, de jocuri video, mereu în nișe dinastea parcă dai și de persoane care caută certuri (nush cum se nimerește că fix eu nu prea mă înțeleg cu ei, poate am o atitudine prea "whatever bro")... Înțeleg că mulți și-au luat bullying prin liceu și că cultura devine cam tot mai mult pusă sub preș și conceptul de a fi diferit este tot mai puțin încurajat de mase, dar totuși, mă aștept la mai mult de la un așa zis "intelectual" decât argumente gen "nu am ce discuta cu tine", like sunt open la orice ai de spus, tf, ești speriat de argumente sau întrebări de bază/cineva care nu știe așa bine subiectul... Știu că internetul e un shithole și că lumea se duce tot mai mult dracu' și că mereu o să fim cam catalogați drept "inteligenți" sau "proști" în tone de feluri și că cineva cu 80IQ ar putea da sfaturi mai bune decât cineva cu 160IQ în anumite privințe!

Nu spun că încurajez incultura, unii chiar lucrează enorm pt facultățile și joburile dorite și poți cataloga un om după tone de lucruri: leneș, naiv, dezinteresat și fiecare are o concluzie proprie dar simt că o postare similară ca și asta pe care am făcut-o trebuia să o spun că efectiv nush dacă sunt eu nebun sau pur și simplu îmi trece peste cap motivul pentru care unii se înțeleg mai bine sau mai prost cu alții, mai ales persoanele ca mine, prinse cam în mijlocul mediocrității: sunt ipocrit în multe aspecte, asta recunosc dar îi înțeleg și pe unii, și pe alții, detest majoritatea stereotipurilor la noi de bombardieri dar și mulți cu toate argumentele lor (inventate sau nu) par să nu aibă altcv mai bun de făcut decât "to prove others wrong" (nu mi-am găsit efectiv expresia)... Sunt multe de spus dar oricum am în cap un terci prea mare dar sper că ce încerc să "RANTEZ" are cât de cât sens...

Da, am destule amintiri faine cu oameni dar, din păcate, cu majoritatea nu mai țin legătura, plus mai mult stăteam doar cu câțiva cu aceleași interese basic DAR mereu aveam dorința de fi cu alte tipuri de persoane... După facultate am găsit hobby-ul ăsta cu muzica Metal dar deși mă tot plâng că nu reușesc să fac parte din vreun grup/prieteni la activ cu aceste pasiuni, nici nu fac vreun efort să mă alătur scenei în vreun fel: am renunțat la chitară clasică de pe la 14 ani, abia merg la vreun show-două pe an, tricouri iau și port când apuc (o să dezvolt "problema" mai târziu), deci unii ar spune "de ce te plângi dacă nici măcar nu încerci?"... Sincer, nu știu? Îmi plâng de milă? Sau măcar am un interes în acest lucru pe lângă faptul că am literalmente personalitatea unui adolescent deși am 26 de ani dar în loc de mers la școală, mă duc la un job (nici măcar carnet nu am să am motiv pentru ieșiri) sau caut scuze pentru face parte din ceva? Deja sunt obsedat să mă uit pe profilul persoanelor care, și cu orice interese, indiferent că vorbim de ăsta cu Metal sau de anime, cosplay, calculatoare, party-uri, drumeții etc. și să-mi vină ciudă că nu fac nimic și îmi trece tinerețea peste mine (plus am frica asta imensă de a împlini 30 ani, pentru că știu cum trec anii și abia fac cv în afară de job)!

Acum vreau să vorbesc despre al doilea lucru: sunt dintr-o familie middle-class, nu tu probleme cu rate, relația chiar este foarte bună (adică mă înțeleg ff bine cu ei pe lângă unele certuri cum că nu am vreo ambiție spre nimic, csf, nu toți s-au născut cu vreun talent, și da, obiceiul meu de a căuta scuze pentru orice ar fi un talent), chiar mă susțin să fac vreun concediu singur pe undeva, să merg câteva zile la vreun festival deși apare frica de singurătate... Știu că sună a probleme existențiale de persoane care nu au probleme și poate faptul că nu prea sunt interesat prea mult de vreo carieră ar trebui să fie o prioritate mai mare dar, din nou, nu toți suntem făcuți să facem schimbări... Sunt prea disperat din a scăpa din monotonie și aceeași rutină: ajutat prin casă, job, jocuri video, ieșit cu singurul prieten de vreo 4 ani de zile care și el, de atâta timp, spune că intră la facultatea dorită? (poate de aici vine vorba "cine se aseamănă, se adună, ambii cu puțină ambiție și când există, minimul necesar dar vise mari)... Poate nu mi-e locul unde în chestiile astea, poate caut validare la o vârstă unde nu ar mai trebui să caut validare și să mă doară undeva de toți, "why am I trying to prove someone wrong"??? Poate pentru mulți e patetic dar nush dacă mă am o criză existențială sau epuizarea de normal... Știu că există viață după 30 de ani, poate sunt un late bloomer, dar m-am săturat să-i aud pe alții cum spun "să vezi ce fain a fost când am fost eu acolo cu prietenii dar acum am 30 de ani și nu mai duce corpul meu de 1.75 cu 110kg la atâta bere plus mișcare, job și schlafen"

Caut sfaturi și le mulțumesc celora care ar fi dispuși să-mi dea unele (și mai ales să mă convingă că nu-s un nebun cu probleme existențiale sau măcar să încerce să afle de unde am această saturație de banalitate...)

I basically can only play on my PS5 so I'm looking for games that got ported to PS4/PS5... I already know about the RE Trilogy and would to play Silent Hill but can only play the Remake which doesn't run the best... I also know of Dino Crisis 1... Some other gems that got a compatability port/emulation?

As the title says basically, I feel like the OG FF7 holds-up amazingly well, and only really 3X Speed when I really want to get trough an area fast or grind a bit in the world, so no real reason to use modifiers... Sadly, my only options are trough the Pixel Remasters since I really wouldn't like to emulate, especially cuz I really have no idea how most of the time the set-up works and phone controls really takes my enjoyment (I plan to get a a gamepad for my phone) but also wouldn't really want to experience something so different that they feel like entirely different games... I really have no issues with the screen, I'm playing Castlevania Requiem and couldn't care less for features it has or not, loving both games and also playing the RE Trilogy, so, again, it's no issue for me!

Also should I get mostly 4-6 since apparently that's where the FF formula really kicked-in, also considering 9 since it seems to be a classic FF in the same style of FF7... Any of the games from 1-6 where I specifically should just wait and try to emulate it? If yes, which would be the best versions/unchanged with only QL features and new lore added? I hear that FF4 is mostly recommended on the PSP but I'm considering mostly any from 4-9 (can't tell how X and X-2 perform plus I feel like, unlike PS1 or older emulated games, PS2 era onwards or PS4 remasters of PS2 games are hit or missK

I'm really looking at Metroidvanias for my PS5/ported from PS4 and really few things catched my attention and what did is expensive (Sons of Sparta, Nine Sols but that's also basically the most difficult thing), plus I'm also looking for something more relaxing after doing HK, Silksong rn, Blasphemous 1... Now I could just buy Castlevania Requiem, especially since it's so cheap but heard it's not the ideal version to play it (idk exactly the reasons besides the translation) and be done but also consider this greatly but, I gotta ask, how much you gotta know besides the whole Vampire-hunting thing? I know it's straight-up Castlevanias map designs and probably takes 90% of the inspiration but how much do I need to understand that it's a love-letter to Castlevania or can be enjoyed even without someone knowing that or knowing just that thing it pays tribute to?

I'm asking cuz I didn't really understood if you'll need to get this new Edition in order to have current-gen update or simply will just be more stuff added besides so it kinda barely matters who what you/you don't own now... I'm more interested in playing it for the very first time in 60fps, anything can kinda wait for me until I advance trough it/get more money

It's the 2nd time after I was finishing crossing the street (a bit slower, simply felt like it, no reason cuz I can't move faster) and a guy at a normal speed (not fast, slow, normal), after leaving a circular intersection continues his normal speed while I finish the sidewalk... Is that a jerk move or it's normal for them to be like "this guy's finishing his crossing, why tf should I bother even slowing down", let alone stop a second and I start insulting his ass (probably didn't hear and wouldn't care)... Am I being a complete douchebag or is that an unwritten rule that the driver is kind of an inconsiderate POS?

I'm playing for the first time on Slim and besides the hair particles looking a bit off, in the outside areas the game runs pretty well on Performance but feels like it's hard locked there... I know that Unreal is not the most perfect game engine and that the game is pushing it with the Fog and everything needing to be loaded, especially since it looks pretty sharp on this mode but idk... Is an a design choice for atmosphere/controller immersion or just struggles a bit...

Întreb pentru că emularea, cel puțin în cazul meu, nu prea este o soluție: nici nu mă știu, am doar un controller de PS5 și Pc-ul nu a fost vreo superputere nici pentru anul 2015, so yea... Am văzut că se vând multe console Nintendo, mai ales aș fi interesat să joc Super Metroid și Zelda plus alte jocuri clasice Metroidvania (Castlevania Symphony e la un pas distanță cu Casltevania Requiem, plus pot cumpăra o grămadă de jocuri din ce colecții vând)... Sunt cv de ele, merg relativ OK pe TV-uri care duc spre 4K, e ff mult de lucru până la funcționare sau la un cablu distanță?

Mai mult ajutor aș fi interesat de vreun PS2 fără să ajung la situații gen "da, băiatu', 500 milioane, perfect funcțional, puțin prăfuit"

I'm asking cuz both have good prices rn on PSN and I considered mostly Blaspehmous 2, especially since I heard that it's far more of a Metroidvania compared to B1... I love the first game but my main is more of it's "mission structure" and "missable/failable quests"... Now I know that they don't really matter for the ending and that I can make a NG+ but I dunno, I'm not really into looking up guides, especially for games that are not exactly considered easy + Metroidvania/Soulslike that doesn't let you explore and fails your quests?? Tf?

I'm also loving HK and I consider Silksong since it's a standalone (I have yet to finish both) but I also know that it's far harder compared to HK and since B2 is mostly designed to be more of Metroidvania without the bullsh*t failable stuff from th 1st game, and the fact that I hear that it's not exactly harder gives me more hope... I know that B2 is a sequel but is there more to know than "mf died and was ressurected, have fun!", especially since both games deliver exposition/lore in a confusing way...

Is Silksong that hard or that's just normies who loved 1 and raged for views? Does B2 (as I heard) fix my main issue with B1 and can I jump into it?

I'm asking this cuz I don't really know how aquiring the same product on the same platform works... I understand that with PC might be different stores or buying vs pirating but I want to get all since it's an enourmous sale, like everything (besides some Exodus DLC's) are like 10$ (full trilogy)... As I said, I already own one part of the series but getting LL standalone is almost double the price the whole trilogy/this deal combined... I know this is mostly a bundle question and can be applied to anything, like buying RE7+8 Bundle if you already own one of them and stuff but I dunno

I know that it's not all that special, heard it's mid but idk, I'm a freaking GOW glazer but the "deleted saves" bugs kept me away and it's also a bit pricey... Is it at least fixed?

Spun tentativă deoarece, în afară de ascultat Metale (nu etilism, pe partea de rock ascult majoritar metalele față de Punk sau muzică Goth deși mă învârt peste tot), păr lung, 5-10 tricouri, făcut chitară clasică (cred sau acustică) + mers la vreun concert odată pe an (mai ales locale) nu sunt implicat în nimic din sfera asta... Din păcate, sunt chiar mai mult cineva care încearcă să scape de stereopul "discord mod"...

Caut pe cineva care are un vibe petrecăreț/chill cu care aș putea să mă redescopăr, sunt și fan anime, mă joc pe PS5 (clasicul geek)... Știu că cea ce spun sună a meme dar idk și sunt alții ca mine de vreo 100 de ori mai interesanți dar am zis să-mi încerc norocul...

Basically what the title says: good point or still probably just try 1 before, especially since I didn't play anything older then 4...

Bonus question: how should I approach, even in the Remake Claire's campaign or better said, the A and B routes... I did Leon A and now I'm starting Claire B, basically a minute of introductory cutscenes and I start, this is the good route?

I mentioned a while back and how I played Leon's part in RE2 (loved the game), almost finished the main section RE7 (still have to save Ethan in the ship) and got addicted to them! Now I also mentioned, and that's common knowledge, that older games control harder, are clunkier, most games before the PS2 era (even most of these) are hit-or-miss for me: like FF7 clicked instantly and decided to the OG trilogy a go, at least since those are available on PS5 (recommend me other stuff that runs well, idk how much of a dealbreaker 30fps is for Remastered PS4 ports, DMC3, only this I played, I can get used to besides being a bit clunky, plus looks awesome, also managed to get used to OG 4 on the PC, so I also consider getting it again! Now look, everyone knows that the older a game is, the harder probably it is for someone to get used to it, I tried the first Tomb Raider Collection and eh, I mostly need to stick to modern controls but that also has lots of jumping/fall-deaths, RE rarely requires to do parkour... Are tank controls, at least in those, that bad? Would you recommend/say they're easy to grasp after 15 minutes if you keep at them? I'm mostly interested in 3 since the Remake is at a huge price standalone plus it also cut a lot, and really wanted to see how the OG 2 is, it's one of those games I've been curious alongside FF7...
