







I got fast metabolism and im underweight. How many times a week is a good time to go to gym? What on-budget foods do yall recommend? And what effective workouts do yall recommend? What motivates yall to go to gym too?
Hi! Im in grade 11, yes first batch of the new curriculum. Im planning to do SSG, I applied for one. And it’s interview based, in a few days. Im planning to be a president at grade 12. I wanna represent our section in intramural, join some sports because Im very good at a lot. Any tips about getting more seen, trusted, and noticed? Based on y’all experience? What gets y’all attention? I really wanna achieve my full potential this school years.
+ is being in a theater club good? Im not good at acting and theres an audition in two days.
My workout goal: Thicker glutes and thighs. Fuller and wider hips. Thinner waist.
