My pup - a Bernese Mountain Dog mix - loves to play this game where she runs away and barks when it’s time to go outside at night. She doesn’t come to get her leash on, she runs and basically asks that you chase her as a game. How can we manage this?

Looking to move within the next few months, or takeover a spot on a lease. Open to pretty much anything. Budget is < $1,750 per month. Also have a dog.
