How terrible was Pinarayi and the home department under him was?

In comparison to RC, I personally felt Pinarayi was terrible as a minister who held the home department portfolio.

Sneak peek

Little disappointed with the screen size its 46ft. similar to bangalore onyx. Expected a bigger screen size ranging from 18m to 20m.

Seats are really comfy it seems. Excited for a visual experience nevertheless ❤️

Kochi gets new cricket stadium, govt gives nod to KCA

In a football frency state like Kerala, why is no one (govt. or private) coming forward to build dedicated international football stadiums. Cricket is already a dying sport in Kerala in terms of popularity. I know Kaloor stadium hosts ISL and national games but that is a multipurpose one and quite old. All the stadiums in Kerala where football is hosted are not dedicated ones either. Why can't we build a world class stadium with huge capacity to host football games?

NB: This post is not meant for a cricket vs football debate or why cricket is promoted unfairly. My intention is to throw light on the inadequate infra and sidelining of football given its popularity. Thanks!

Water Metro to directly connect with Kochi Airport; feasibility study underway

https://preview.redd.it/skwmq7vja5ih1.png?width=680&format=png&auto=webp&s=1f51b332b7f9eb6b029ea250d9383af16c283a2d

Kochi is doing everything right ticking each small box. Probably the only ferry system in India to be directly connected to its city airport. MoU signed to explore the proposed Water Metro extension connecting with Aluva Metro Station to CIAL through the Periyar River covering 4km route through waterways in under 15 min. They will build a skywalk directly from Aluva terminal metro station to ferry terminal for a smooth passenger transit where it will end near the eastern airport entrance with a future ferry stop near CIAL halt railway station as well.

Saw this at Paragon Kochi. Why can't more restaurants come up with these boards?

If there are pure veg / veg only boards for restaurants why can't more restaurants put up non-veg boards?

Who are we scared of?

I'm saying this because I've seen entitled and privileged people and tourists who are predominantly veg creating fuss and posting negative reviews about the restaurants not informing or stating about the non-veg cross contamination of cutlery specifically those coming from the north with their hooliganism.

Kudos to Paragon for this bold move. This board allows them to keep their ego and entitlement at check.

Is this the beginning of the downfall of the mandhi legacy in kerala? What is your opinion?

The og mandi spot has been shut down due to mass food poison recently. I remember alreem being the earliest restaurant that served mandi that goes back to my school days in 2013.

Is this the beginning of the downfall of the mandi hype that has caught this generation. Will we see a paradigm shift in the food habit of kerala or is it just a temporary aversion? I want to know your thoughts.

As much as I'm a CR7 fan, both these athletes have transcended the sport ❤️

Be all talk and no action

What has he really done for his paravur constituency as MLA for the last 20 years?

Do you think this govt. under his leadership can really transform Kochi and Kerala?

Kochi folks, brace for more traffic

Infopark phase 4 coming up near Irumpanam.

A mini bangalore ORR in the making. Hopefully more tech companies follow a wfh/hybrid work style to combat traffic congestion.

Suggest some good ramen spots in the city

I tried a few like Tony's, Sakura Komichi and Hoy Momo. Loved all three but now I'm on a ramen hunt.
