O aparelho já tinha sido atualizado para o patch de segurança da Samsung para o mesmo mês, mas ainda faltava esse update do Google. Agora já está atualizado. Modelo brasileiro, A07 4G não vinculado à operadora.

Automatic mode on the native 12MP camera, with editing in Lightroom for Samsung.

I used the native camera in automatic mode. In the first photo, I used 10x zoom and 24MP mode, while in the second photo I used 3x optical zoom and edited with Lightroom for Samsung and Enhance-X.

Samsung has detailed on its official website the September 2026 security patch with 90 vulnerability fixes for smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches in the Galaxy line.

• The update package resolves flaws in the Android operating system, the One UI interface, and proprietary hardware components of the brand.

• Of the total vulnerabilities, 58 fixes were provided by Google, focusing on critical and high-risk vulnerabilities, while 31 items refer to the One UI interface and one to the Samsung Semiconductor division.

• The high-risk flaw cataloged as CVE-2026-48173 impacts several Exynos processor models and connectivity modems from the company.

From what I saw, in One UI 9 Beta 1, the Galaxy A55 was included in this September patch. We await distribution to the rest of the public.

Samsung has released an update for Game Booster, version 8.0.03.2. The app itself hasn't changed, but it has influenced a game-focused feature in another app, Game Booster Plus.

The "CPU and GPU Settings" option already existed when I updated my Galaxy to One UI 8.5, but the adjustment option wasn't available.

Now, when selecting a game/emulator, you can customize the performance level that the CPU and GPU can offer.

For demanding games, the settings are near maximum or maximum.

And for light and offline games, minimum performance.

I believe this option is available for all Galaxy devices that have been updated to the latest version of Game Booster, except for the Galaxy "A0x" series, which doesn't have this app.

NOTE: The image above is from a Galaxy A55. Check if your Galaxy also has it; just go to the Game Booster Plus app, to CPU and GPU Settings, select a game, and check the adjustment option.

The Galaxy Quantum 5 (South Korean Galaxy A55) began receiving the August 2026 security patch today.

Now we just have to wait for the global rollout of the update on the last day of the month.

The applications used for verification were Bifrost and CheckFirm.

Recorded with the native camera in 12 MP mode, the first photo at 100x (with filter) and the second at 10x optical zoom, both with focus correction in the Galaxy Enhance-X app.
