Hello. I have a shaggy rug with a deep pile, and the fibres have become matted, flattened, and compacted over time. I'm looking for someone who can restore it to its original fluffy texture. Does anyone have any recommendations of places that will do this?
I've contacted a few, but they've said they can only clean it but can't restore it to origibal form.

I’m based in the UK and currently looking into getting a bespoke/custom-made wedding dress made abroad because bridal prices here are honestly so expensive.
I’ve been researching Turkish bridal boutiques and designers because I’ve heard Turkey has some amazing craftsmanship and beautiful couture-style dresses for more reasonable prices. One company I came across is Cinar Moda ( https://www.instagram.com/cinar\_moda\_\_?igsh=MXA2ZnRscWVydTV6dw==) . I absolutely love some of their designs, but I’m struggling to figure out how reliable they actually are, especially when ordering internationally.
Has anyone specifically used Cina Moda before? Were they trustworthy and worth it?
If not, I’d really appreciate recommendations for other reliable Turkish bespoke bridal designers or boutiques that work well with overseas brides.
