the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable
So, I recently deleted blender and tried to reinstall it. My PC was a clean state, but it somehow keeps spitting this. For some reason the source is set to weird position. I tried clearing the entire folder, and installing other versions. The real problem is, The version I used before installs just fine, but only spits blue "Can't open" message.
