Finale du championnat canadien
Avis à tous. Si vous avez des amis ou de la parenté qui travaillent à la Ville de Montréal, ils ont une offre pour les employés pour des billets pour la finale à prix très alléchants!

I typically run in my neighborhood lately for very short distances, and used to run in this huge park nearby in the mornings like 9-11am up to like 6-10 miles.
I just ran 3miles in the park at 4pm and my usual 9:30s chill pace at 130-140hr was hitting 160.
There were like 6 cross country teams around the loop, dogs, people flying by on bikes etc
Sometimes this makes it really difficult for my brain to just turn off and fall into my rhythm, but i find myself constantly adjusting my stride, slowing breathing when people are near me, speeding up so i can pass someone whos running just slightly slower pace in front of me, etc
I ended up just dropping my pace to the 7:××s so i could get home faster lol
My girlfriend and I are training for a marathon together. She’s actually the one who got me into running, and it became a big bonding thing for us. Recently, I’ve been progressing faster - my pace, endurance, recovery, everything.
We run together 5x a week, and the difference is becoming more noticeable. She’s been feeling discouraged, insecure, and frustrated. After runs, we end up bickering because she’s upset about her performance and I don’t know how to respond without sounding condescending or defensive.
I don’t want running to become a source of resentment or comparison. I want us both to enjoy this and feel good about it.
Has anyone been in a relationship where one partner improved faster? How did you handle the emotional side of it? Did you keep training together? Split some runs? Change expectations?
Any advice from couples who’ve been through this would help a lot
Flag from Montreals suburb and I hate it profoundly. It was created in 1975. So, is it the worst you’ve ever seen?
6 dates all around the Belle Province! No major act does this type of stuff. I think it's cool as hell and kudos to The Ofdspring for that!
It's been 4 days since I had my car washed and carpets shampooed. I thought it might have been humidity affecting some sensors, but I'm starting to wonder if the wash didn't damage something affecting SRH?
So I recently purchased a Pace 4 and I am very pleased with it. Coming from a dinosaur Suunto watch, I naively assumed that all sports watches now were able to tell you which song is playing and stuff like that. I saw that the Pace 4 had music control, so I didn't even bother to look into the details. Now I realise that the only cool feature that I was always dreaming to have, being able to know what is this great song that popped in my playlist before I forget it, is not a standard feature in the Coros environment. Is there any custom setting that might enable this?
I've browsed through all the posts about grill cloth replacement and couldn't find the answer. I want to add my band's logo "D" to my amp and was wondering if I could just spray paint it with a stencil? I'm curious to know if paint would somewhat have an influence on sound. Any experience?
To my regret, my Ambit 3 is reaching its limits and I am looking for a new watch. I've read a lot and watched a bunch of videos and I'm really leaning for the Pace 4. I mostly run in the city, with some trail running from time to time. I track my stats, but not to the point that I'd be into the Garmin ecosystem. Anyone followed a similar path?

Osti que ça va être plate des games dans le Big-O. Pour moi, ça sent la fin..
