Recommendations for commercial real estate brokers in the South Bay? Preferably tenant-representation only but not required.

Looking to lease retail space in the South Bay for a new family-oriented indoor business. Still early stages, so I'm not going to get into specifics yet, but wanted to tap this community for broker recommendations before I start cold-calling.

A few questions:

- Any commercial brokers or firms you've had a good (or bad) experience with for retail leasing in this area?

- Anyone gone through permitting for a new indoor business recently- any brokers/consultants who were actually helpful navigating that vs. just handing you the space?

- Landlords or property management companies worth avoiding (or worth seeking out) for a family-facing retail tenant?

Hi all, ive been a heavy Ableton user mainly using headphones but also using a Scarlett 2i2. I've been accumulating synths and soon will have a drum machine in the collection. Today, I manually swap out cables for whatever I want to play - but curious from all you experts what is a better approach to using an audio interface / mixer for desktop + 2-4 synths + drum machine outputting to 2 speakers and a sub.

I'd like to upgrade my sound blankets to panels for a cleaner look. What types of panels do you use?

System Theme Integration - While the app supports Dark Mode and Light Mode, it does not offer a System Theme option that aligns with the device's theme settings.

● Add an option in the settings that allows users to select the System Theme, syncing with the device’s current theme preference.

● Real-Time Theme Changes: Ensure the app responds dynamically to changes in the system theme, providing a smooth, continuous experience without app restarts.

Login Option for Premium Users - Currently, the app does not offer a login option for premium users, which is essential for managing their premium features across devices.

● Implement Google Sign-In: Integrate a login option, perhaps using Google Sign-in, which simplifies registration and enables cross-device synchronization of premium features.

● Account Management: Provide a section in the app for users to manage their account details, subscription status, and premium feature access.

Moving sale and this person has tons of synths and drum machines for sale. Included is a like-new Arturia Polybrute (6 voice, not 12) for $1400 . I think it's a bit advanced for me, but the price seems too good to ignore? Curious this community's thoughts.
