Wondering if Thunderhead is something we should try or skip

Is it like Disney where it is 5 minutes by takes an hour lol

Where do you put your stuff before you go on rides? .

We're skipping about halfof the coasters but i hear the others are still fast. Not doing any upside down ones.

Sunglasses fly off?

Is this pass available for purchase or is this a limited time promotion?

How is lightning rod compared to wdw rides?

For reference we ( me + 8yo) Dislike & skip: tower, Everest, cosmic rewind gotg ( wdw) , & rock n rollercoaster.

We don't do upside down.

We like: big thunder. Slinky, tron, hagrids, 7d, test track

We plan to skip these at dollywood: barnstormer, drop line, wild eagle. Mystery Mine, Tennessee Tornado.

Based on this- does it seem like it would be a skip for us?

Obviously something like villains sidekicks are good for real park board traders but not too interesting for people trades.

To her this is about making her own interactions and a trading experience with real people vs a park board where the answer is always " yes" to a park board trade.

I want to get her a 5 pin mystery pack that people trade ( nothing deemed undesirable to the point that she can't find 5 trades)

Debating between first edition ducks, stitch attack snacks, & Mickey mouse club?

I was hoping to pick days for low season mid August with no festivals , and now this was announced. And while everyone is excited-

I'm worried about it drawing passholder crowds in and potentially making for an unpleasant first & only experience there.

this is the first wave i was around for while actually knowing what it is and how it works. I think the designs are so cute for purple bags while certain other ones didn't really interest me.

Now that these new ones that i think are cute are out- my loves and likes shifted around.

I look at 2024 and imo nobody is interested in those anymore and aren't they faked already?

2025 had a bunch that were faked, but certain sets didn't seem as popular ?

In a year or 2, are all these that we think are so pretty exciting and wonderful just going to be forgotten fakes?

It says 1 entry for lightning rod & big bear mountain- so does that mean those are the only 2 rides you can't repeat?

I just don't get what that orange clock symbol means - high thrill & family attractions have the clock

But then dragonfly , fire, mine, rod (1) & big bear (1) are listed underneath without the orange clock- and only 2 say ( 1 entry)

why?

My kid cares more about games and plushies even though that's not everyone's top priority.

Do they ever run out of stock and only have generic prizes ?

Or is it certain that they'll have the dollywood guitars and cinnamon roll pushes

Is that going to be in demand more than the other hidden mickeys ?

I know what we like and collect, but i can't seem to tell what the gen pop decide are most valuable or desirable.

I used to get an email receipt for every mobile food order until last year , they abruptly stopped.

Last year Many people said it was Hotmails aggressive new spam filters but want to see if it's still just my email / hotmail

The summer season pass costs the same as 2 day tickets,

Is there any reason to choose the tickets still over the pass ?

That being said- if they're not out in the wild yet, do you think purple bags will still come out in October?

the packs cost the same as all the other 5 pin mystery bags so how come online ( ebay etc) they're more expensive then the other 5 pins .

Because they're new and makes them in demand?

Aren't they going to be sold in the parks for a long time- years even?

Once it's around and people complete the set- will the hype die down and end up being like the other 5 pin packs?

The retail mark up on some things shocks me! 🤪 I'm hoping to find those in park in a few months
