S/M vs L/XL

Tried best to line everything up to show the difference. My wrist is about 175-180mm. I prefer the fit of the L/XL though I could wear the S/M.

Yes, I bought both because I wasn't sure which would fit. Will either return or post it at what I paid on FB (not willing to sell it on reddit).

Ordered one, despite the hate on reddit

I ordered so I could wear mechanical watches while no messing up my DSW that I've been following for my upcoming races.

Downside, said it won't ship for 30-50 days.

Anyone use vivo smart as a health tracker "strap" to wear other watches?

Anyone use vivo smart as a health tracker "strap" to wear other watches?

I know we all want a whoop style band, but it ain't there.

I wonder if a vivo smart would fit that need. I like all the health tracking for DSW etc, but I also like wearing my other watches.

Suggested Daily Workouts and Garmin Coach Plan

I’ve searched Reddit, Google, and the Garmin forums, but I still can’t find a clear explanation for this.

From what I understand, I can enter my race date, mileage, and goal, and then the Daily Suggested Workouts (DSW) will adapt based on that, along with my training readiness, sleep, etc. Seems like a great way to plan and prep for a race... So why would I even need Garmin Coach?

On the other hand, Garmin Coach is also described as “adaptive,” but when I try to set it up, it requires a benchmark run and doesn’t seem to take my recent weeks of running into account.

I’m pretty confused at this point.

Does anyone have any insight that could help clarify this?

(I will also say, I like to train based on heart rate over pace, not sure if that effects anything)

Questions about the presentation

My wife and I are about to pay the 350 for 4 days/3night in Myrtle Beach.

My only concern, is the fine print says if both adults are married both need to attend. We have 3 kids, and I guarantee you if we both attend with 3 kids it'll be terrible for everyone.

So how strict are they about both adults needing to attend?

Anyone have this experience ?

Is it normal on the leg?

I want to wear other watches sometimes, but I'm hooked on the abundance of Garmin data. I've heard that there is a practice of wearing a watch on your leg.

What is your opinion?

Fully pulled the trigger!

Ordered this from Sam's Club. Haven't got it yet, but I'm pumped.

Went with this one because it's smaller, but can still hold my wife and I. Also, it has 8 heaters instead of 6-7.

Anyone have any experience with the backyard discovery ones?

Are their outdoor Sauna Kits that stand above the others?

I obviously see the ones at Costco/Sam's, Lowe's/HomeDepot, and then when I Google there's thousands out there.

Any you recommend for outdoors and longevity?

Any to avoid?

I'd rather not have to replace it in 3-5 years. I'd rather pay now and cry once.

Marathon and B2B Sales

Really? Maybe I should start diving to learn about space engineering.

Edit: sorry, I didn’t attach the whole post. His post is not satire. You can check his profile.

Wife gave birth yesterday, can you guess what time she went into labor?

You don't want to see my sleep score. Hahaha

Mom and baby are good.
