Faker tiktoker I'm pretty sure

Im fairly certain this tiktok account I've been monitoring for some time is faking tourettes (among multiple other conditions) but I'm nervous to post them because I somehow haven't seen them outed yet. Their OG posts explaining tourettes don't explain tourettes correctly (but they state thats what their neurologist told them) and they also vaguely described it as "a condition that makes people have involuntary movements or say things uncontrollably" which completely erases a majority of actual common vocal tics (vocal tic does NOT mean it's words though it can be) their tics are almost never consistent and are pretty much always trending memes and media. They claim to have gone through that one program for children with severe tourettes syndrome but the criteria for said program is quite strict and also the timeline doesn't make sense (you are only in said program for a certain amount of time). Even the way they said their tics started makes no sense and allegedly progressed from one very simple motor tic to a sudden explosive tic attack containing coprolalia and lots of complex tics for seven hours with minimal increase between the initial tic and the attack. They've also recently started making videos of medical episodes including 'seizures', 'fainting', and 'sleep attacks'. They claim to now also have POTS, FND, "suspected" narcolepsy, "suspected" epilepsy, and "suspected" ME/CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) they have posted "evidence" of a tourettes diagnosis in the past but it was from their IEP which said "unspecified tic disorder" which would be diagnosed if you did not meet tourettes criteria and a screenshot from a very oddly cropped patient portal. If you know anything about patient portal sites/ apps then you'll know that a majority of them allow you to add in medical history. You can even remove a diagnosis from your chart (though removals may require review to be actually fully removed). They're also allegedly investing in a service dog this year while also claiming they're fully independent. They frequently fight between saying they're completely independent and saying they require lots of help. Service dogs aren't supposed to be a first line treatment especially not for conditions that are not even confirmed diagnoses! What're your thoughts? Its so odd cuz no one else ever seems to question them but I'm certain they very carefully filter their comments.

I feel nothing. Im floating through everyday.

I don't understand how I'm feeling, or I guess my lack thereof. I feel nothing. I go through the motions everyday performing actions the way I'm supposed to or the way I assume others do. I don't feel like a person. I don't feel real. I don't understand what I'm going through but i do know that whatever it is it's so intolerable that I feel physical discomfort from it. My throat gets tight and my jaw clenches. I feel like my body could physically explode. It makes me want everything to just stop. Even when I try to make things different or try to do something exciting it's still just nothing. Just reacting how I think I'm supposed to react. I even feel like this when I'm alone in my room. I try to explain this to my mental health team but both my psychiatrist and my therapist just say they hear me/ validate my experience and then move on. I don't know what to do.

It's been an hour and I'm literally dizzy from this tic

I just had a reoccurrence of my whistle which is fine whatever. The issue is the fact it's been repetitive, nonstop, within seconds of each tic, for the last hour. I'm literally dizzy because I'm unable to get proper breaths in between barely. At this point I'm just so frustrated because I've tried my usual routine for times when my tics decide to be super active. I've run cold water over my wrists, eaten a very sour candy, advanced then to a literal slice of lemon, I've tried sitting down with a high focus hobby, I've even taken my anxiety as needed medication because high anxiety/ stress can cause them to increase at times. Literally nothing. I'm in actual physical pain with my chest and lungs and literally dizzy to the point my hands are clammy. I would really like to avoid having to seek emergency treatment for this but I'm honestly concerned I'm gonna pass out if it doesn't stop. It's like no matter how many times the tic occurs that pressure build doesn't go away. I literally feel like a shaken up soda bottle right now.
