What is tracking supposed to look like?

Long story short this is a time sensitive order. I don't have much experience with Etsy so maybe the tracking looks different than other sites. A USPS number was provided but when I look it up on USPS there is no tracking. They said they shipped last week and USPS doesn't always show updates immediately. However at this point, it should at least show scanned in and partially on the way by now. Meanwhile Etsy tracking says it will be out for delivery yesterday. How can Etsy system say out for delivery is USPS doesn't show any tracking? Did seller provide a fake tracking number and Etsy system estimates tracking on its own?

What words did your dog teach themselves?

So you know how we teach basic words like "walk","eat", "no", etc. We often have to start using code words with others to communicate, "Hey, should we take Sparky on a vacation?" . How many of your doggies not only decoded these words, but even you forgot the code and now they trained you to take them on an "adventure"?

I got banned from Vinted. SELLERS BEWARE!

I have been seeing these posts and have wondered wtf is going on. Will it happen to me? Well it just did. I didn't hook up my bank account because I planned to use the balance to buy stuff anyways. I have only been on here a month and have 100 listings of mix items. I have like $200 bucks between settled and pending orders.

Here is what happened...I bought a dress that I wasn't sure was going to fit but I wanted to take a chance on. It was $20 and transaction was fine. Well it didn't fit. So I took pictures and a few days later listed the dress on Poshmark. Well Poshmark sucks so then I listed it back on Vinted for $30. I figured someone would make an offer for $20 and I would just get my money back. Not trying to flip a dress for $10 dollars or anything. Well then it immediately locked my account and said it was fraudulent activity. I copied and pasted my poshmark title/description so maybe that has something to do with it? So it comes down to too many items listed, copy/pasting my own Poshmark listing, or reselling a similar item I purchased.

UPDATE: I also didn't take a picture of the label. I was being lazy when I listed. I think there was a combo of events that make my listing look fake. Stock photos (with my real photos too), copy and paste of title/description and then no picture of label. I guess it can look like I am selling a fake item or copying someone else's listing. Also, it happened immediately after listing. I am just sharing this information so it doesn't happen to you because it was automatic and fast.

Is having a second Ebay account for listing worth the hassle of taxes?

You know how it is. It looks bad listing used car parts and luxury french lingerie on the same account. I have avoided using two accounts thus far. I was wondering if it creates a double bookkeeping situation because of another issued tax form? Did anybody crunch numbers to figure out what makes it worth using a second account? I figure it's also good to have a second account when bad buyers try to sabatoge your sales, which it happened to me once and they ran out of steam after two weeks.

Update to app- Question about Likers.

When I click on an item in my closet it will show 5 hearts under listing metrics but then scroll down further and 24 people like the item. Why aren't those numbers the same?

Which tenant screening service works on mom and pop commercial property?

My small mom and pop commercial space is going to attract a new low income business that will be personal guarantee. Background check will be more based on the individual, although I will need to verify LLC formation and if the website asks for an address, it needs to let me put in a commercial space. For example, from what I have read, Zillow wouldn't let me use their service because it's for residential. I don't care about collecting rent or writing a lease. I mainly want to verify LLC, check criminal history, evictions, and a way to verify income. Easy of use is a plus. I keep seeing residential recommendations or very large scale commercial screening. Any recommendations?

I thought I could tax harvest my IRA, now what do I pay exactly for tax time?

To keep numbers simple, let's say I sold 15 stocks for -$2000, and another 10 for $1985, for a total gain of $15. I thought I could tax harvest the -$2000 from my IRA account, but I just learned I cannot? So how exactly is this taxed now? Capital gains at ordinary income on $1985? Can the negative be off set in any way? Thanks.

How does customer service work with an agent that works out of their house w/ no website?

This agent has good reviews on Yelp but has no office or website. So if I were to get a policy through her and needed to file claim, I am supposed to do it through her, right? Not directly through the insurance? So if she doesn't answer her phone, then what? I am sure some of you work at home so I am curious as to how the process works. Oh, to make it more clear, other agents that work in offices do not answer my calls. So thats my concern.

General Dr dismissive when I asked for HRT. What next?

What exactly are the steps I need to go through to get HRT? My primary doctor was dismissive. My main symptom is insomnia and my primary doctor just prescribed me sleeping pills. Do I need to see a gyno? I usually get a 30 second pap and they are like, "We will call you with the results." It's the worst medical care ever. So where in there does the gyno tend to talk about hormones so I can get HRT?

How do I fire this PM?

I am an "accidental landlord" who hired a PM 6 months ago for the first time on a small commercial space. The PM didn't want to sign a contract and we only have a verbal agreement. It's a $500 placement fee and to collect a % for 6 months. She listed on MLS, Facebook, and eventually Loopnet and put a sign up.

Not to bore you with the details, but she is not a good PM and very odd in the business sense. I want to fire her but I have no written contract so I don't know how this plays out. Am I expected to pay placement fee to cover her time/MLS costs if she didn't place anyone? We have only communicated in text/phone, no email. Do I do it over text so there is written record? Any advice.

When is Capital One additional offers rewards points supposed to be applied to account?

I did 3 additional offers, activated and purchased through the popup window. Only one sent me a confirmation email and points within a week. I didnt recieve anything from the other two. I called customer service and the rep says it takes 90 days and that it was odd I recieved points for that one so soon. I said but I also recieved a confirmation email that I would recieve those points and I didn't even get that on the other two purchases. I just want some consistency and I suspect I am being lied to. Anybody have some insight?

Patent ending in A1 was filed twice. Is it protected?

I am in my initial stage of researching to see if I can patent my design. I am only concerned with one existing patent that was filed in 2020 ending in A1. It did not move to B2. It looks like a duplicate design was then filed a year later with a new number and also is just an A1. Is this a provisional? What does this mean exactly? Did they complete all the steps to secure a patent?

Can I get a patent attorney to compare the designs FIRST, or do I have to go through some unnecessary steps before we get to that research part?

Are provisionals required?

Is this step always required? How do I know if *my* patent needs it? Are certain patents more at risk, such as tech or bio, but maybe others its not as much of a race to a claim?
