Incoming freshman majoring in business. Any recommendations on dorms? What should I avoid? Also how did y’all find your roommates?

I’m on Xbox series X and my game keeps crashing whenever I play a match. Any help? Also I’ve been experiencing the worst serve lags of my life. My WiFi is completely fine and I have the fastest in my area and I only lag in rocket league no other game. Any help please
