Indian, fine, low porosity, frizzy only from top scalp, so many flyaways, overall looks frizzy but ends are smooth.

Looking for any kind of help here, am at my wits end with this kid who has basically lost direction in life and hasn’t promoted to secondary 3 in the past 2 years and chances are he might not, what are some future pathways he can consider, he is considering VTC but his mom would obviously prefer him going back to secondary school. He’s given up on studying and he’s only 14.
