Best Hop to Use for Dry Wet Hopped Wildflower Honey Mead?

I just got into both growing my own hops and making mead. I'm writing a recipe for a wet hopped mead using the hops I'm growing. I currently have vista, columbus, crystal, cluster, and comet hops. Anyone have opinion on which profile would one or ones work best from these options? I'm thinking higher Alpha would be a nice contrast to the naturally sweeter profile of honey but flavor notes would also likely be very important. Hope this isn't too obscure or specific and any help or thoughts is appreciated!

I think people will look back on the 2020s Craft Beer era positively

I know there is a lot of closures and doom and gloom nowadays and nostalgia for the 2000s and 2010s, but I think the 2020s will actually be good for the industry. Many breweries are down and closing, but many are actually growing and these are typically the best ones. We may miss old Fat Tire and the like, but there has never been so many good options as a consumer. I think we're mostly seeing the breweries that never should have opened and the best ones staying alive and even growing. It's not all positives, but I think the 2020s have been a net positive. I also think towards the end of the decade drinking will rise again after years of decline. Would love to hear others thoughts too.

Half Acre Foam Fairy

Really solid hoppy Pale Ale from Half Acre. Nice tropical hop notes and a crisp, refreshing finish. If you see this I'd highly recommend it. Anyone else had this?

El Dorado 12 Year

I'll post more extensively on my thoughts later but this is the El Dorado 12 Year. I won't go into all the history, business, controversy, and politics, but this is a "new" bottle which has little or no aging in barrels with added molasses. The rum does feel sweet, but not artificial and there is this truly distinct note of warm raisin that only El Dorado can provide. One can debate the business practices of Demorara Distillers Limited and I'd be happy to do so with anyone outside and within the company! As for the rum, the El Dorado 12 is something I do just want to have a bottle of at all times as it checks the boxes of being reasonable in price, affordable, and distinct. DM me, please, and let's talk Ed Dorado and DDM because they have such a distinct business environment and such distinct history and rums that they're putting out.

Rhum JM Terroir Volcanique and VSOP Brief Comparison

I'll post a more extensive review after writing down more notes and taking everything in but my initial thoughts are that both a very well-made and blended. There is no astringency in either and have a really nice aged Rhum Agricole profile that has clear notes of grilled pineapple and a light smokiness. While the VSOP is more expensive, I think I prefer the Terroir Volcanique (which, side note, might be the most attractive bottle of any spirit available imo). It's not that I don't really enjoy the VSOP but it almost feels over-oaked where the aging overpowers and clouds the beauty of the delicate underlying spirit, while the Terroir Volcanique adds that sweet spice and smokiness while preserving the soft, grassy florality of the fresh sugar cane juice spirit. Overall, I would recommend both and this is fun, but for me the biggest takeaway is that the Rhum JM Terroir Volcanique is a top recommendation for a reasonably-priced and widely-available aged Rhum Agricole.

Best Places for Cyclocross Training and Groups/Source of Knowledge for Cyclocross in MSP area?

I recently moved back to MSP after going to college here. I road, gravel, and mountain bike, but wanted to get into Cyclocross. Does anyone here have any tips or information on training and racing for Cyclocross in the area?
