It's our turn! Sharing our experience filing pro se Ch7 in Fl with no money upfront

Sharing our ch7 journey so far as the many who have shared before us, in hopes to help others and get advice. We filed pro se 15/5/26 in fl. We are no asset case and filing due to medical bills/hardship. We first downloaded the forms from US federal court website a few weeks ago and got acquainted. Did our pre file CCC class $12 and submitted only the first 3 forms/schedules, to begin the process in an after hours drop off box at the court, no money upfront and payment plan every 30 days in 4 payments $80 something each month, we didn't qualify for full waiver due to poverty standards requirements. 3 days after we follow up with the court, received our case number and they told us communication coming via mail requesting the remainder missing schedules within 2 weeks, we also got access to Pacer online portal and can see who the trustee is, 341 meeting date and potential discharge date in August. We have our taxes ready and stuff and we're including our student loans adversary proceeding. We decided to surrender our 14% interest 2023 car to Carmax and they sent an email today saying they see the filing and apologizing for contacting us requesting payment since filing date and it looks like all the calls and text messages from collectors have stopped. Will be on the market for a cash car in a few months most likely, maybe Uber for a bit and we have Walmart+ home delivery but those high percentage, overpriced fresh start programs cars not looking too appealing plus we might have our minivan until discharge so no big rush. Going as planned so far. Fingers crossed and open for any tips and advice on the curveballs to look out for. Thank you.

Should I give up my car?

I have a 2023 sienna financed from carmax. Got it 2024 at present we owe carmax $45,000 and I got an online quote to sell from carmax for $38,000. So I'm upside down but not much on a new economic, reliable car. Would I be able to retain and pay it off in full or should I save for a cash car because the trustee won't allow it?

Here's goes the most probably the most commonly asked questions. I recently moved to Jacksonville Fl close to the Mayo hospital, 15 mins from the beach. I want to get business started but need money coming in quickly, don't know anyone here but I've been talking to everyone I meet in the community we live while walking the doggies. I've seen many houses around the area sold and aware of many realtors in the area as well. I'm want to knock as many doors that I can but noticed many communities have no soliciting signs. Doesn't help being in a tight budget Doorknock, call expireds, follow up- I appreciate any tips about growing quickly before the bills drown me. Thank you.

I got these pups from my neighbor and stuck them in the ground a few days ago, not sure what they are. My soil looked a little sandy. Haven't given any fertilizer. I noticed some of the leaves drying and dropping. I've watered them everyday. I'm in North Florida Any tips?

We have a 23 xse hybrid with 20,000 miles in Fl and love it. We may need to get rid of it and buy something cash max $15k. I was thinking about Sequoia with 4wd but the gas milage looks terrible. After a few hours online considering other brands, I'm back at reliable Toyota Sienna and probably an older 2009ish V6 with 200k miles thereabouts. Might as well look for an xle while I'm at it. What are problems to consider and things to look out for at this age and mileage?
