Would this be a suitable motor for a grinder build?

Would this be a suitable motor for a grinder build?

I'm wanting to build a grinder a little but at a time. Would this be worth getting for $200(i'd offer $150 just to see). I have 220 to the workshop so that's not a problem. I haven't had a ton of time to research so I was looking for some quick feedback while it is still listed.

Advice for sharpening with bent tip

i know it seems dumb but i'm in a hotel and the is how the old man uses his knife. I did the best I could, is that all there is to be done?

Using cheap laminated stones

4x36 to 2x36

Still needs some cleaning up but I think it should work OK. Kept burning tips on the 4" belt. Other modification suggestions? Just starting out and want to see if it is something I want to pursue as a hobby before spending any $

Skate wall update

Made a little spot for helmets/gloves/shoes/pads. Not, quite done, but a good start. This piece was under a cabinet in a store that was getting renovated and when I stood it against the wall I my brain saw a gear spot.

Also went to a place called "Ollie's" for a throw rug and this giant green remnant was cheaper than a small throw rug. Faux grass welcome mat to go with it, all for under $100. Transitioning the 12x20 workshop to a tiny workshop, and the other 2/3 to a play place/theater/whatever else room. My son came in yesterday and sprawled across the floor and said "it's incredible!" , so he likes the grassy green vibe.

I decided to go for it. Clamped the portaband in my vise and cut this out. It isn't refined, yet, but it has me inspired. Any tips appreciated both for process(what to do next), or just any mistakes you might help me avoid.

things I know: pins lined up and marked before grinding(maybe, i vaguely recall something like that)

annealing before tooling any more than this? again, "know" is used loosely.

i am eager to learn, how about that?

I had some fun on it but wasn't "wow'd". I had no idea that the snakes don't come alive until the warmer weather. It really changes the way I ride this thing down the hill to get a few groceries.
