Looking for jobs with actual flexible schedules

Hey y'all, as the title says, I'm looking for jobs that are actually flexible with scheduling (we have a lot of fast food, grocery stores, hotels, etc.)

I'm not completely jobless, I do freelancing in A/V, but you can never depend on a full year of work with it, but at times can get super busy.

Obviously it comes down to specific management, but in your experience, what jobs have been the most flexible? I.E. Meijer, Walmart, Burger King, etc.

Thank you in advance!

Pre-Party

Hey y'all, had a couple questions about the pre-party

  1. Do we need to be wearing our wristband to get free entry or can we just show them the receipt? I don't want to wear it longer than I have to lol

  2. Does it get to max capacity quickly? I don't feel like going super early, but will if I have to

Thank you in advance!

2013 Chevy Cruze small crack in reservoir, very slow leak

Hey y'all, went to a mechanic on Monday because there's been a small coolant leak going on (about a fourth drained in a week after driving for about 350ish miles total from the shop fairly recently)

Turns out, the reservoir has a crack on the bottom that's been causing it. Internet is saying it's easy to replace, but I'm not sure if I have the confidence to do it. If I take it in, I can't do it until Thursday. Will it be fine to drive about another 160 miles? Gotta work which is about 60 miles away (120 round trip)

Thank you in advance

(Probably not) Unpopular Opinion: LP is a better live band than in the studio

It's probably nu-metal in general, but finally seeing them for the first time since 08, I realized how much better LP is live than in the studio. It's no knock at all, but it was like when I saw Slipknot for the first time. There's much that goes into their music, the recordings don't even hold a candle to how it is live.

Not a bad hour and a half or so

Normally try to aim for about $50-75 whenever I DD, it's crazy what a difference it can make when restaurants actually have the orders ready

Vendors/M&Gs

Does Inkcarceration have M&G tables and vendors worth checking out (went to ROTR in 2017 and they had a little record store and I'm pretty sure a little guitar store as well, plus Dimebag's whiskey stand)

2013 Chevy Cruze LT, 170k miles

-Started with a simple oil change
-A week later, had to replace a broken thermostat housing
-Three days after housing replacement, hose breaks, coolant goes everywhere and a thick cloud of steam from engine, firetruck and police involved as well
-One day after getting the hose replaced, lots of jumping at idle, a stabilitrack and traction control warning with a flashing engine light

Love it!

Hi all, this past Thursday i went to a mechanic because there was a really bad coolant leak with some smoke involved. They told me it was the thermostat housing that broke, got it fixed, Friday & Saturday was fine with no signs of overheating or leaking. About two hours ago I'm at a red light and all of a sudden a ton of smoke, way more than what happened before last week came up from the hood and obviously as pictured, the coolant is no longer in it. I have 170K miles on here, and haven't had any issues with the engine other than needing a valve cover replacement from December.

What do you think is the likelihood of mechanic mess up or something else? I was under the impression when you get something like a thermostat housing replacement, they'd check to see if there was anything else. Was I wrong about that?

Thank you in advance.

Just took my car in on Thursday for a thermostat heater replacement, everything seemed great until today. No overheat warning or anything, just a ton of smoke, what I'm assuming to be coolant and the EMTs who thankfully acted very very quickly on getting me out of the road

Hi, all. I just got an oil change on a 2013 Chevy Cruze on Friday. Since Saturday, I've known a major coolant leak. A lot of our mechanics are booked for about another week, other than Firestone today but I've heard sketchy things about them so I'm kind of doubtful with them.

Anyway, this morning i noticed a lot of smoke after about 30 minutes of being out of the house within a 5 mile radius. Made it home, shut off immediately and came back outside to check about an hour later. The engine was still fairly warm and over half of the reservoir was empty (about a quarter left in, but i bought some extra coolant yesterday so i have more)

I've heard anywhere it could be a water outlet to a blown gasket, and I'm honestly scared it might be the worst. I have 170k miles and need about another year from it, if that. Any ideas what it might be? Thank you in advance!
