(PLEASE READ DESC) My explanation for why exactly captain clark is different from the other still lifes and what the face in the wall is.

For this theory, i will introduce the idea of “stages of copying”. Think of it like stages of dementia progression.
Basically, a human is the first stage, the original, the thing that will be copied. Next up is the second stage, the first time copying a human. The complex remembers the details pretty well, the existence of organs and bones and such. This is the stage at which i think Captain Clark is at. He was only recently copied from normal Clark, and hasnt been copied since. The next stage is the one at which all the other still lifes are. The Complex forgets that the human thing has organs, but remembers the basics, like movement and such. At the next stage the complex forgets that the thing was a human, and confuses it for a piece of something else entirely. This is what i believe the face in the wall is, it used to be a stage 3 still life, and then got copied and turned into that. I hope this is understandable and nobody said this before, i had this theory since i first watched the movie. Leave your thoughts down in the comments
