Been on a action kick lately. (what else is new) Anyone have any good recommendations for movies that feature a lot of parkour or free running?

These are the movies I have seen. Probably in liked order, but would have to rewatch a few to be sure.

Having a brain fart can’t think right now😭 Please help me out… What movies gave you secondhand embarrassment? Or made you feel uncomfortable for the character?

What movies fit this list?

Between myself, girlfriend, dad, mom, brother, & sister who are you trusting to pick for your next movie night?

Felt like joining the trend for fun. My siblings are twins (24). My girlfriend & I are 28. My mom (65) & dad (60) don’t have letterboxd so I just set my favorites to theirs and screenshotted for the fun of the prompt.

Screenshots are in order as listed in title. Who caters more towards your personal taste?

I finally got around to numbering my top 20 movies of all time. Anyone have similarities?

Some are on the edge of potential replacement like the last 4 and some others interchangeable in order (recency bias). I have been doing a lot of rewatching lately currently working on christopher nolan’s films. Some films hold nostalgia for me like Ghostbusters. For HP Azkaban is not only my favorite movie but book too.

Going on an anime movie binge so I made a list of movies to watch: What else would you add to this list?

Marked off the ones I have seen. Also let me know if any on the list should be a priority! Thanks 😁

I put together a list of my favorite movie endings. What are yours?

These are the first movies that pop into my head when someone says what’s your favorite/ most memorable movie ending. Some twists, some fake outs, some cliff hangers…I love a good ending

Has anyone ever watched a film and right away it became their top 4? If so what was the film?

It was recently I realized I never saw Across The Spiderverse & realized I am a fake fan

Hi All, what do I need to do to be able to build roads and different paths?

I looked it up on google but wasn’t fully understanding it was all vague. So reaching out here for some help🥹 what do I need to do to be able to build roads and paths? I am probably not far enough into the game but slowly getting there. Currently have a few inclines, bridges, & a basement in my house. I also have about 10 neighbors. (for background on where my progress stands 😁) Thanks for your help in advance

Any TV show suggestions based on my top 40 animated & top 40 non animated?

Tried to only include shows with multiple seasons but certain shows I love too much like Over The Garden Wall. Also in my favorites is Off Campus but there is only one season so I left it off.

Any genre will do the last 3 shows I finished were Hart of Dixie, Grimm, & The Owl House. 😁

Top 120: Any suggestions?

Yes I am a niche action/ franchise lover. Yes I know my taste is subjective. I tried super hard not to include more than 2/3 movies from a franchise. I watch all genres these movies just caught my eye the most! Making lists like this is so hard with adhd.

Thanks in advance 😁

What cartoon(s) do you wish were never cancelled (or had more seasons)?

Honestly The Mighty Ducks the animated series was so goated. It deserved more than ONE season.

Beware the batman was SO underrated but they wanted to make room for teen titans go! Just wish they kept it going and we had both running.

The Owl House (I finally watched) absolutely had a lot more left in it. Apparently it didn’t align with disney’s “traditional brand” 🥲 Such a beloved show. Another season or two would’ve been great without overkill.

Sonic the Hedgehog (1993) was honestly amazing. Such a charming show and great characterization of Sonic.

Inside Job ABSOLUTELY had so much potential left. I get the show could upset certain politicians with fragile egos but wow this one was something special. I wish it got the viewership it deserved.

I know Ghostbusters Extreme got a lot of mixed reviews but I personally enjoyed it. Really not much more to say here just a personal bias.

Not sure there was ever an official cancellation for Supernatural Academy but I think it failed to get the required viewership. They basically did an Irish exit and silently dismissed the show. It scratched my supernatural meets animation itch. The story was very interesting and charming.

What shows do you wish you got more of? Or maybe a show you wish you could bring back?

Which trilogy are you choosing? (Not the best just personal choice)

Yes I know there are other trilogies like dollars trilogy, god father trilogy, aliens trilogy, terminator trilogy, toy story 1-3, etc but for purpose of the post just choose one of these😁😁

Even though The Dark Knight is my favorite movie I am going with the Star Wars Trilogy

28 F Roast my niche choices

Yes I know Jedi outcast & academy have the best combat but my favorite combat is survivor. Ghost of Tsushima for sword play is also up there.

turtles in time is also a great retro game & frogger 2 swampys revenge is another nostalgic childhood game

Also almost put what remains of edith finch in not usually my thing but…

1. This may be the most consistent ranking for 4 back to back movies🤣2. A 3 for me is not a bad rating what about y’all?

Magnificent 7 from 1960 still holds superiority. Honestly liked all three movies

u/DragonfruitSea5901 — 2 months ago

Picked my favorite movie for each year since 1960

Some years I didn’t even think twice, some years had no competition, and other years I genuinely had to Eeny Meeny Miny Moe 😭

I would’ve done up to 1930s but some years I didn’t watch any movies so I picked up to 1960s for no gaps

Does anyone have any similarities ?

u/DragonfruitSea5901 — 2 months ago

Some recent lists I made after rewatching some older films and watching the newer ones

I already know my bias for John Wick may get clowned and I am okay with that😬

I also know my scream/ scary movie ranking may be a bit controversial but it’s all about personal taste👻

Join my murder mystery party and suggest some new films for me 😬 (please)

Knives out is one of my favorite trilogies ever made
