My son just turned 3, and has to be fully potty trained by August for his new 3yo preschool class.
They worked with him all year in the 2yo room but he just wasn’t ready… sometimes he doesn’t even wake up with a dry diaper yet. I just feel bad like he isn’t developmentally ready, but how do I let the daycare know that? We obviously need childcare, I’m also a teacher and know how child development works and I feel like they should be more lenient but they aren’t.
My little one has an older brother but he just isn’t interested in using a potty at all.
