IMO, this pool was never designed to have a fence around it.

Look how close the patio stairs are to the pool stairs, it’s almost impossible to put a fence there? Or if you did it would kind of be dangerous right at the bottom of the stairs coming from the patio.
I’m so curious what the pool company has to say, if they truly went out or offered her something.

From the living room view, B wouldn’t have even been able to see T1 because of the pool being set lower than the patio. Absolutely bonkers they let him out there alone.
