Currently running a build with Rellana's twin blades. Is this good?

I was running an INT build with some STR so I could use the Dark Moon Greatsword. I decided to switch it up with the twin blades.

Some QOL changes I would like to have

Not that they'll be updating this game anytime soon. But it would be nice to have.

  1. Pressing L3 to sprint. I don't like having to hold down circle. And if I want to look around at the same time, I have to resort to claw grip.

  2. Resting at the lamps. It gets pretty annoying having to go back to the hunter's dream if I want to restock on vials and bullets.

  3. While on the topic of lamps, let me fast travel between them without having to go to the hunter's dream first.

  4. I wish the game didn't immediately put you into NG+ when you defeat the final boss. I still want to explore the world and go dungeon crawling.

  5. Let me have the ability to change my character's face. Something like the mirror from Elden Ring.
