And holy shit is this thing fantastic. First game got my personal damage record (280k if anyone's wondering, pretty proud since i'm not the best player) with 2 dev strikes and a kraken. Brawler build with al veneto but secondaries weren't doing much. 16 gun salute with improved angles is insane. Easily my new favourite ship.

With new strength and toughness, what's their viability in our lists? Having some units that can actually sort of tank some heavy hitters seems nice. Anyone try them out yet?

I was thinking about inverting my color scheme to differentiate between the 2, just to have a more complex scheme and be easier to see on tabletop.

I love terminators. I think they're really cool. But I'm hesitant to get a box of chaos termies due to either a dedicated emperors children set of upgrades (like shoulder pads and maybe some spears or sonic weapons) for the current kit, or just a new phoenix guard kit. So either sell me for or against them because I can't decide.

I feel like there's a few ways to play her now. Full speed ahead with Violette, range HE spam with Blery, damage gunboat with blery, volume of fire gunboat with robin, full conceal with robin, and last but not least full conceal with robin. I don't like where she's at right now. Lots of nerfs have made her difficult to play. What are your thoughts?

I'm personally banking on something french, since it's been over a year since the last one. But in reality it's gonna be a usn bb.

With lords going up in points, I had to cut Fulgrim (please forgive me father) since i was a measly 5 over. In his stead I went from 2x5 infractors with lord and 2x5 tormentors to 3x5 Inf/lord and 3x5 tormentors. Is this too much invested in battleline?

I'm gonna preface this question by setting some background. I really like the idea of clonegrim, especially the EC who saw him and fell to their knees at the sight of pure fulgrim. So i wanted some EC who went and busted him out of trazyns collection (unrealistic I know but it's cool, at least to me) and they have a renegade warband, collecting EC wherever they go. And I'd be running the uncorrupted HH Fulgrim as a black heart proxy.

So what would be the best way to convert them? Just 3rd the lascannon bits and use EC bodies? I feel like most everything is in the tormentor box and there's always chainswords lying around in bit boxes. Only thing I'm a little worried about are the special melee weapons and getting enough bolt pistols to put on them.

I'm talking haruna, le tir, spock etc. I fear they're going to make like an AL Flandre or AL kii or something and make them redundant instead of just giving the current ones the skill. don't make me pay again.

I have a loyalist emperors children force because saul tarvitz is a freaking badass and rylanor is the coolest dreadnought ever. Istvaan 3 loyalists forever.

List building is always annoying. Show us a little love, GW

Is there a lore reason?
