Regardless of where you stand on regulation, legislators need to hear from the people who will actually be affected.

21+ sales
Mandatory testing
Accurate labeling
Child-resistant packaging
Licensing and enforcement against bad actors
The concern is that HB 328 goes much further than regulation and could effectively eliminate many hemp-derived products currently sold by licensed businesses across North Carolina, including THCA flower and numerous other products. That would affect thousands of jobs, farmers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and consumers.
Be respectful. Keep it personal. Explain how this bill would affect you, your family, your business, or your community. Legislators are far more likely to respond to genuine, individual messages than copy-and-paste campaigns.
