So I've gotten all four characters up to level 18 aside from the doctor who's stuck at 17. However I seem to have now hit a brick wall. Is the game now just devolving into purely relying on very specific relics to progress? Or am I missing something? Is there a way to progress aside from attempting max difficulty stuff? I used to have so much fun with this game when I first started playing it, but now attempting these higher difficulties is leaving more frustrated than anything.

I've been looking for any available nurse practitioners to sign very important health documents for work. I used to use HaloHealth, but that has appeared to have been shut down? Or rebranded? Not sure. But without them I don't know where I can get forms signed. Does anyone know where I can medical forms signed?

Now I know this ad will probably seem game to most of you, but I swear I was just putting a YouTube video on to lull myself to sleep. Then this guy shows up on my phone looking like a cadaver being pulled out of a dishwasher. Worse, it was a shorter version of the ad where the narrator just said "Are you tired of residue hanging around your dishes?" And they open the dishwasher to reveal him. He says nothing! Just stares for a second. I really truly hope this never appears on my YouTube free again.

Hasn't Sabo kept his origins hidden to anyone outside of the upper circle of the Revolutionaries? It's not like they share a family name. We don't even know Sabo's full name. Sabo mentioned being Luffy and Ace's brother to Burgess, which was new information to Burgess. So unless Sabo has made a habit of name-dropping Luffy everywhere he goes since, then there can only be two, maybe three, explanations.

1. Burgess or someone in the Blackbeard crew leaked info to the WG after Dressrosa.
2. There's a WG spy within the Revolutionary's inner circle.
3. Imu just knows somehow through some form of scrying/divine knowledge? (Least likely by far)

Am I missing something? Is there an easier explanation?
