I’m travelling and need a pair of EXTREMELY comfortable headphones. I’ll be listening to music with them, but the priority is noise cancellation.

I have some sensory issues and every pair of headphones I’ve purchased in the past has felt uncomfortable. Any recs appreciated!

1. Brain is going crazyyyy and the noise is LOUDer than usual. Like a million thoughts at once, songs playing on a loop, spiralling etc etc

2. Anxiety is through the roof. Feel like I’m fighting for my life here and nothing helps.

3. All my interests feel boring and understimulating.

4. Opened Instagram (big mistake) feeling extremely triggered by a girl’s account and her seemingly perfect life (this account was muted for a REASON so why did I have to go and open it like hm I wonder what they’re up to…huh??!)

5. Space is a mess. I have a million things to do and it all feels overwhelming.

Anyways somebody, anybody PLEASE tell me anything that will help 🙏🏻❤️‍🩹
