Even though its technically open top, because of its location humidity stays higher than house; 50-60%. Also, its fairly low so anything that gets huge wont work
302 HO (roller cam), cam by PO so unsure of the specs but it's lumpy as fuck! Edelbrock 600, ceramic headers into dual 3" exhaust. C4 tranny with 2800 stall converter. Ford 9" with 4.30 gears and detroit locker.
Heidts mustang 2 front end: rack & pinion power steering, power 4 wheel disc brakes.
Rear tires are Mickey Thompson Street Slicks P235-60R15. Fronts are Falken Ziex P195-55R15. On black Centerline wheels. Rear isnt tubbed, but I did have to modify the inner wells a good bit
The car had been reworked quite a bit in the early 90s, body was fairly straight. I did have to replace both rear quarters.
Paint is Chrysler PLB Copperhead Pearl. (Its getting wet sanded and buffed out this week)
The 64 had an older 302 with 289 hypo heads.
Its a 40 gallon aquarium stood on end. Humidity stays quite high, 93-95%. Temps are in the low 70's but higher at the top where the big light fixture is. No standing water atm, but easy to add.
Cheap quantity has always beat expensive quality.
ext door handle delete, wiper delete, bumper delete, antenna delete, fuel filler delete. The car was an absolute junker when I got it for $250. Took a year. Paint is Toyota Forevergreen Mica.
