How does toxicity actually occur?
So, I'm confused as to how toxicity actually happens. I know you can get it from like high dose supplements, but people claim to get it from energy drinks and stuff and such or certain foods maybe, but like I'm confused as to how can it happen with things like energy drinks or like lower dose supplements. I'm like kind of concerned. I probably only get 50-80 percent of my RDA for b6 can this build up in your system?
You can test for lead and cadmium and come back clean, but it accumulates in your brain, something you can’t test for

delayed reaction 8 days later?
I obviously haven’t been able to see a brain injury specialist yet but, i was essentially punched on the head like next to my left ear and it rocked me. i didn’t go unconscious but essentially returned back to normal almost immediately. 8 days later driving on the road at night i get hit with sudden panicky feeling and my brain entering some kinda fight or flight response. out of nowhere. now i just feel super out of it. ive been sleeping on and off for 11 hours last few days. any advice? especially when it comes to nutrition.
sense of time seems to have slowed..
for the last year and a half a half since having this condtion, my memory was fucked and my since of time seems to go by very fast. now, it feels like it slowed down randomly. i don’t want my days to go ny agonisingly slow. i fear i may have been exposed to mold or something.
is most tinnitus non- reactive?
update from the last post, the sound went away thank God. Anyways, since mine was drug induced i’ve noticed that no matter how much noise im exposed to it stays exactly the same. ive been to airshows and night clubs with no hearing protection. and weirdly enough i dont have any pain or sensitivity from noise at all. like 0 reaction no matter how loud it is. no pain at all. definitely some cochlear synaptopathy going on.
can you re habituate to new sound?
I already have my base line ringing. then a new sound in my right ear appears and dont laugh at me… while jerking off….
funnily enough i try and use my original tinnitus to try and mask out the potential new one. i hope this is temporary maybe vascular issue but i doubt it to be honest. any advice?

Anyone get morphine and how did it make you feel?
Just curious if anyone had surgery or something and had to get morphine or even fent. and how would this feel like for people with PSSD. does it cause crashes?
almost god robbed..
Hello, Reddit. I wanna ask you about a sketchy Tinder encounter. Obviously, this profile seemed pretty questionable, but I knew there was a risk involved. Out of genuine curiosity, I actually wanted to see what would happen.
They gave me their address. It was this sketchy Hispanic person. I’ve been with Hispanic girls that don’t speak much English before, but this one seemed off. Still, out of pure curiosity, I drove over to the location. I didn’t park or do anything — I just drove around in circles.
Then I saw this old truck with its headlights turned off pull up behind me. I made a turn, and he turned behind me too. Then he turned on his headlights, and I started feeling like I was being followed. So I made a very quick right turn into a gas station, and he turned in too and kept following me.
At that point, I sped away really fast. Then I got a phone call from a different number than the one I had been texting, and I didn’t answer. I blocked it immediately.
Does this sound gang-related? Was I about to get robbed? I’m genuinely wondering what was going on.
