Read body. Post is about family, friendship and relationships

The hardest part about being an atheist is not reaching the logical conclusion to leave. It is the massive exit cost the religion imposes to keep you trapped. When you walk away, you do not just leave a belief system. You are forced into a war with your own family, relatives, and friends. In my case, growing up with a mother on the extremist side caused deep friction and actively hindered my personal growth.
The moment I introduce myself as an atheist, the moral superiority begins. Believers immediately belittle my morality with a holier than thou attitude, assuming that without their specific rulebook, I lack a moral compass. They try to erase your individuality and force their worldview down your throat, using social isolation and blasphemy laws as weapons.
My atheism is rooted in logic, but my resentment comes directly from this coercion. They enforce their dogmas through fear and indoctrination, yet they demand total immunity from criticism. They do not actually care about freedom of speech. They only care about protecting their own ideologies while attacking others. In the end, freedom of speech means absolutely nothing if it does not include the freedom to offend

A Muslim man in the year 2026 wonders about the benefit that a Muslim woman hopes to gain from opening her eyes?!

Imagine the misery of girls born in families with such mindset. Why these dumbfks romanticize 7th century desert life so much?!?!

False rape case victim released after 20 years

An Uttar Pradesh man who spent 20 years in prison over a rape case before being pronounced innocent by the Allahabad High Court in January this year, walked of Agra Central Jail on Wednesday evening.

Vishnu Tiwari, now 43 years old, will now go home - a village in UP's Lalitpur district.

Mr Tiwari was arrested and booked for rape and atrocities under the SC/ST Act. Three years later he was convicted of rape by a Lalitpur court and sentenced to 10 years' rigorous imprisonment. He was further convicted under the SC/ST Act and sentenced to life imprisonment.

All sentences were to run concurrently, as per the directions of the trial court.

He had been accused of rape by a woman from his village; she said Mr Tiwari had assaulted her as she was going from her home to work in the fields.

Visuals from Agra Central Jail this evening showed Mr Tiwari walking out of the prison gates with his release order in hand.

Reason:

In the case of Vishnu Tiwari (who spent 20 years in prison before being acquitted by the Allahabad High Court in January 2021), the court determined that the allegations were false and acquitted him based on several key grounds:

Complete Lack of Medical Evidence: The medical examination conducted after the incident found no signs of forcible sexual intercourse, nor was any sperm detected by the examining doctor.

Absence of Physical Injuries: The complainant alleged that the accused gagged her mouth for 10 minutes and thrashed her to the ground. However, the medical report showed no external or internal injuries on her body, which contradicted the claim of physical violence and struggle.

Severe Contradictions in Witness Testimonies: The High Court noted significant contradictions across the statements provided during the examination-in-chief and cross-examinations of all three prosecution witnesses.

Wrongful Evaluation by the Trial Court: Based on the absence of physical proof and the glaring inconsistencies in the testimony, the High Court concluded that the charges were unfounded and that the trial court had wrongly convicted him.
