Need advice: Investing in a wedding setup for video (moving from Sony mostly for IBIS) - I already have an S9 (ttartisan 40mm, 75mm and the lumix zoom 20-60mm 5.6)

For a second body, Deciding between another S9 or an S1ii.
There is an S9 + Lumix 24-70mm 2.8 Lens for $2200 or an S1ii for $3900 - what is the better play?

The s9 is amazing, but does have the 4k 50/60 crop!

Is the performance of the s1ii that much better to warrant the price?

I want to consolidate everything in the warehouse, my concern is the weight vs volumetric is almost doubled and so I am paying double on the quoted prices. How likely is it this will be properly restricted to a reasonable box or will it just be a HUGE box and price?

My last order the box had a LOT of empty space, and so I paid more than I should have. The actual weight was 2.85 kg, I paid for 5.29 kg of space (an 85% volumetric markup)!!
I chose FEDEX for the last post, and was refunded maybe 1000YEN which is nothing :(

I chose to remove seller packaging, the doorzo box had 3 items (cameras) and a lot of extra bubble wrap and packing, yet still moved around inside the box because it was so oversized.

Order details for this new potential consolidation are looking pretty bad....

I had FCP 11 and it worked great. Updated to FCP 12.3 and it's so buggy - really impacting workflow - random bugs like the playhead will stop moving, no video, no audio, no playback spacebar doesnt start/stop neither does pressing the play symbol.

Another one that ALWAYS happens, a previous clip will keep playing in a full duration as if it wasn't trimmed, even if it's onto an entire other clip in the timeline.

This is seriously cooked, i have to hard reset quit out of the app at least every 15 minutes.

I can sometimes return the timeline function by pressing CMD+K to open the 'tag' dialogue box - close that, and then it can play/pause again. Huh!

I've read other people experiencing this - any ideas on how to fix?

Driving me nuts and interupting work. Kinda regretting the update. On Sequoia 15.7.3

As an aside, is the creator suite subscription version different from the standalone one time payment version?

Surely in the age of drones, phones and 4K everything there would be ONE decent video or image, alas nothing.

It’s just getting way to hard to believe when all that’s ever seen is shaky potato cam or these cheesy BF hunters that claim to find them but never prove or show anything.

Checking what is to be expected, when I went into the surgery I thought I’d be back at it muuuuch sooner but the hand is still sore with certain activities and aches. Sustaining grip or movements can be a challenge. Am doing physio and slowly improving, but is this normal for the classic open release surgery?

Great looking lens, but once the 4K 60 crop is applied i feel it will loose its versatility as the wide won’t be wide anymore from the 1.5x crop.
Does anyone here shoot video with this, and how’s the experience?
(Im looking at MKI lens and the S9)

Long story short, bought a camera and it had issues, I chatted to seller and opened a return. Got a notification to await label. Shortly after a full refund was just sent and no return label.

I understand a seller has a clear choice to proceed with label (return) or give the refund (no return)?

Is it possible the refund was given (with no return needed) and the seller also got paid, essentially ebay sided with both?
