Microphone won't work

I did everything. In both PC settings and OBS settings.

Make Mic enabled,
Set as the default,
Apps allowed,
Disabled laptop speakers,
Tested,
Tried with each sound option,
Deleted all other Sources and Scenes,
Tried new Scene with just this Souce,

In OBS settings, set it up in Sources,
Set as default,
Set as specifically chosen input,
Disabled all other Sources,
Tried push to talk,
Set it to Mic/Aux,
Enabled all 4 Mic/Aux,
Enabled and disabled Audio track.
Enable and disabled all 6 Audio tracks,
Tried all Audio Encoded options,
Fiddled in Filters,
Checked Propeties,

Ran OBS as Admin,
Uninstall and Reinstall,
Hard shutdown PC and relaunched,
Unplugged then replugged during previous 3 listed,
Checked reddit, Youtube, and Microsoft.

Tried in on Steam games.
Tried it on non-steam games like Genshin Impact.
Tried it on just Desktop,
Tried it in background when on Youtube or other auditory things,

OBS captures all and any audio, except my Mic.

I did it all, and my OBS won't capture my voice on my plug-in Mic.

The bars are there. They are colored. It is listed. But it just won't...capture.

The hell am I doing wrong?

Like many, I wondered what's up with Krosis. A masked Priest yet sealed completely unceremoniously alone, abandoned, no temple, no background, nothing.

And I propose a reason.

-His name is an apology word in Dragon.

-Word Wall for "Throw Voice" shout, which includes lines like "Hey Sheever butt" "Hey cheese brain!".

-Left to be forgotten and alone.

My theory is, while alive during the Dragon war, Krosis was an unserious Priest. He was granted power in the form of the mask, but his personality was a more joker type. Basically like the Dragon version of Cicero.

He was subsequently outcasted or shunned by his fellow cultists and priests alike, for being such an embarrassment to their image of control and power.

And so he was just dumped alone on a mountain, with his word wall of immature humor, and now he's "krosis" for his actions.

Being a priest of one element but using a staff of a different element is unique to him. Perhaps he was a "chill" person, a laidback joker, and didn't have the fiery passion of tyranny and control, so he had to use a staff of fireballs to actually exhibit some power.
