At what point is it best to get into the Legends Z-A DLC content?

As it currently stands, in my Nuzlocke, I’ve beaten Zygarde and done most of the Side Missions in the game. However, I’ve mostly stayed away from the Z-A Royale, given that, when you go up for a Reward Match, you’re thrown straight into a fight with no chance to properly prepare (And given how this game can be, I am NOT taking any chances).

At this time, I’m mostly wondering when it’s safest to start the DLC content. I’ve researched the mechanics of Hyperspace Lumiose (I know how the Hyperspace Level System works, that you can’t gain EXP, and that most of what you’ll get will be severely underleveled, only really compensated for by just how much high-tier EXP Candy will be handed to you). Should I grind everybody to Lv. 100 before going in? Or might I be safe at a lower level?

Eviolite is now a Mega Stone - NFE Pokemon holding Eviolite can Mega Evolve into their final stage evolution (or that stage's mega evolution).

So for example, a Caterpie holding Eviolite, in addition to getting defense boosts, can Mega Evolve into Butterfree (losing the boosts). Or a Weedle can Mega Evolve into Mega-Beedrill.

There would be some way of knowing which split evolution/mega you will turn into (you don't pick it mid battle).

You stay at the same % of HP if the (mega) evolution has a different HP stat.

Would this make any more NFE pokemon viable?

The Pokemon already good with Eviolite would be good with the option - Porygon-2 can go into "attack mode" by Mega Evolving to Porygon-Z

Eviolite Scyther seems like a good one - basically a different base for Mega-Scizor to mix things up - you get two distinct Pokemon and you can choose which one you go with depending on what works for the battle.

Eviolite Pupitar might be good as a switch in - immune to Electric and with Shed Skin to shrug off any status before Mega Evolving to Mega-Tyranitar. In fact it seems like many NFEs of Megas would be better at switching in to take a hit than their unboosted fully evolved counterparts.

I’m doing a Nuzlocke, and I need to evolve a Spritzee

Last night, as I was making my way through my Nuzlocke of this game, I stumbled upon a shiny Spritzee, and now I need somebody to help me evolve it.

Has anybody ever Nuzlocked the Mega Dimension DLC? If so, how did you handle the Hyperspace Wild Zones?

I just finished the main campaign of my Legends ZA Nuzlocke last night, and plan to continue the run into both the postgame and the Mega Dimension DLC campaign.

From my research, I have a basic idea of what I’ll be up against, along with what Gift Pokémon I can get, Wild Zone 20, and the fact you’re effectively handed the Rogue Mega Evolutions you fight in the Mega Dimension storyline (Which is nice; this game is pretty damn brutal, so it’s always nice to have extra ways to build up my ranks). Where things get challenging is the Hyperspace Wild Zones.

I know some of how they work from randomly browsing Serebii and Bulbapedia. I know about the star rating system, which dictates what level of donut you need to get the most out of a dive into them, as well as what you can find. I also know each one is divided by type. From another look, I also figured out there are ten different potential maps a Hyperspace Wild Zone can use.

So how have people here handled this? Along which lines did you define an “area”? How did you resolve your encounters in this campaign?
