Super new to Building Cars, super interested, and enthusiastic. Anyway, I want to build my own personal project car.

I wanted to ask for opinions and insights regarding what to build?

I want to start small. Im leaning towards Toyota (Corolla or Altis) or Honda (Civic or City). Tito vibes and mag feeling racing-racing para kunware may bitaw at dating (haha). But if you have any suggestions I would appreciate them.

Primary use and concerns.

For city driving mostly (mostly home, work and mall going - errands and such, gusto mai-gala yung mga senior parents ko and mga kapatid ko)
Long drive for leisure and relaxation (vacations, beach trip, camping)
Tipid sa gas, yung mga injection pump siguro para tipid (sino bang may gusto ng magastos haha)
Not too complicated and/or difficult to build. Gusto ko mag enjoy building this project car and don’t want to stress myself pag hindi ako makakita ng parts for it (haha)
Not an expert driver so can be used as a practice car din sana. (Syempre ayaw ko maging kamote sa kalsada)

How much should I be saving para sa ganito? (I am expecting nasa 50k-80k) just want to start sana kahit simple lang basta running, and improve it along the way. I don’t want to spend agad agad sa mga improvements and upgrades kasi gusto ko sana makita siyang nage-evolve through the years.

NOTE: I have my own parking. (syempre ito pinaka important)

Ayun lang siguro. I am very eager to learn and research naman about this, gusto ko lang sana mag crowd source and hear some thoughts and of course mag enjoy doing this, syempre ayaw ko mag sayang ng panahon at pera kaya I am thoroughly gathering information hehe.

I have enough savings naman to buy a 4 wheel and 2 wheels (may parking of course) but here is my question; ano ba right decision and what to buy?

I want to do a project car sana a Civic or a Corolla, totally no idea how, but want and eager to learn and have enough savings for it. Im leaning towards it talaga.

VS

A motorbike. I want to build a classic cafe-racer style motorbike or buy an ADV.

Which one should I get kaya? What are some other considerations should I consider before purchasing one?

For context I’m 25 years old man no family - single, sarili lang iniintindi. Enthusiast ng old style cars and motorcycles. Tito vibes and hilig, gagamitin ko yung car to and from work and city driving also, some long drives to beaches and some campings.

What to get kaya?

My 10 year relationship GF suddenly asked for ‘space’, matagal na kami nagkakamalabuan and its driving me crazy, we tried to fix it naman and suddenly sabi niya di na daw niya ako mahal the same way before. Wala namang 3rd party or anything. Everything was between us. Hindi na daw niya ako mahal the same way before dahil sa mga problemang pinagdaanan namin na hindi namin na-address at naisantabi pero we are trying to fix naman. Kumbaga nag pile up siya and now lang niya naiprocess lahat.

Ngayon she asked for some space. Dahil gusto daw niya malaman kung mahal parin niya ako, she wants to reflect and rethink yung relationship namin, Im trying to reach out every now and then, hindi naman sa point na nakukulitan siya because I respect yung gusto niyang space. Okay lang kaya mag reach out sakanya?

Ang sabi din kasi niya nahihirapan siya intindihin yung situation pag palagi ako kasama/andito para sakanya.

I honestly don’t know what to do. I am more than willing to compromise, actually I am more than willing to change din for the better, I am improving naman, doing things na gusto niya and for the best of us. Willing din ako na manligaw and make things better. Natatakot kasi ako na the more space I give, the more na dumidistansya rin siya sa relationship namin and magkaroon ng gap saming dalawa at ayaw ko umabot sa point na hindi na salvageable ang relationship namin.

I’ve also noticed din naman sa changes sa sarili ko and throughout ng space namin nakapag reflect din ako sa mga dapat and hindi ko dapat gawin. In short- natuto ako.

Hindi ko lng alam gagawin ko kasi ayaw ko siya mawala. At mahal na mahal ko siya. Nirespeto ko nalang yung gusto niya kahit ayaw at hirap ako sa ‘space’ na yan kasi yun yung gusto at kailangan niya.

Any advice would help.
