Like, there’s no way they’d stay in Wellington Wells, would they? There’s no reason to at that point.

I finally have the chance to play The Two Masters DLC and I got to try out Ryu’s new Jakotsumon, but I feel like I’m not using it properly. It feels like I’m meant to use it to single out enemies, or create some distance when I get crowded.

But I mainly default to the Dragon Sword for singling out enemies and the Wind Blades ninpo for crowd control.

For anyone who enjoys using Jakotsumon and can use it smoothly, do you have any advice you’d be willing to share?

As the title says. I kinda like the idea that even though 47 is genetically engineered to be the best assassin in the world, he isn’t perfect. He makes mistakes and doesn’t to take every single factor of a mission into account and pays for it (and totally not through any fault of my own when I’m playing :} )

For the past couple of weeks ago now, my feminine friend and I had made plans to go to the mall, where it would just be the two of us hanging out. He has had a boyfriend for the past couple of months now and, from what it sounds like, they have a pretty good relationship. And as I’ve revealed to that same friend, I’m gynosexual.

Despite that and despite recently telling my friend over texts that I valued them so much as a platonic friend, I’ve been fantasizing about situations during our mall visit where his head rests on my shoulder, or we somehow get into a platonic cuddle in a private setting, like we’re alone in our cars or something. I’ve been touched-starved for a good long while now, I have next to little female friends, and I have yet to get a girlfriend, so situations like that (head-on-shoulder, cuddle, etc.) have been appealing to me more and more.

In the weeks leading up to and during the actual visit itself, my mind has just been fantasizing about those outcomes happening, KNOWING that he has a boyfriend. I kept telling myself that I knew nothing would happen cuz 1. the boyfriend factor and 2. the point of the trip was just to get him to relax and break that cycle of just coming home from work and basically doing nothing.

And as expected, nothing happened. We walked around the mall, window-shopped at some places, bought some stuff at others, laughed and jokes, ate food, then went home.

I feel awful that I’ve entertained thoughts of our friendship turning into a skinship, that there was a part of me that wanted my friend to basically cheat just to scratch that “itch” of me being touch-starved. I feel like an ass. I could use some advice from people who’ve had those thoughts and/or been in similar situations before, please.

For context, I have a closeted feminine friend that I recently shared how much I cared for him as a platonic friend. Like, I told him just saying he was my best friend didn’t feel like I was doing enough justice, so I said that he meant a lot to me and that I’ve never had a bond this strong with one of my other friends before. That’s why I keep asking if they’re available to hang out, even if it’s just to sit down somewhere and talk, why I constantly pelt him with questions and texts cuz I enjoy hearing him open himself up and talk more than he usually do, and that I’ll always be here if he needs a hug and if he’s touch-starved (cuz I know I was) and wants a cuddle-buddy (cuz we tossed that idea around months ago. That offer never came to pass). Not only to help them feel better with whatever was bothering him, but because that’s just how strongly I felt for him: a strong platonic bond that makes me offer that and want to do those things with specifically him. (He texted back with “🫂” so that told me I at least said something right lol)

We were supposed to go to the mall. Not necessarily to buy anything, but to just walk around and see what the stores have to offer. That way we can both save money.

But because he recently got sick, we have to put it off for next week. I was so bummed out from that, not that had he gotten sick, but that we had to cancel yet another hangout for reasons beyond our control. He even said that he was gonna wear some alternative clothing and/or accessories that day too, coming out of his shell a bit.

Later that day I was watching a show where a guy cupped his girlfriend’s face with one of his hands, like in an intimate way. And my mind instantly imagined if I was the one cupping my friend’s face and then wondered just under what circumstances would that situation even happen?

So I wanted to put the question out there and ask if there was anyone out there - whether you’re a femboy or the friend of one - if you had ever managed to gently palm or get your cheek palmed by a friend of yours, and if you had, how did it happen?

Hello! It’s like the title says. I recently graduated from college and I applied for the most recent Special Agent 1 position for the GBI and took their written exam, the very first test applicants must take. In the time since taking that test and waiting for the results, I have applied to other criminal justice and social working jobs. Eventually, I managed to secure a position as a Child Welfare Services Case Manager.

I’m currently in the middle of my training for the position when I finally get email with my results for the Special Agent position; I passed. However, because I was frustrated from waiting for so long and getting hired for the next best job that I wanted, I responded that I was no longer interested in the current opening.

I’m 23; I’m just getting started with my career. In the email results, it said that if I was no longer interested in the position, I would no longer be under consideration for the current selection process. If there comes a time that I want to pursue a different job in my career field and actually want to further pursue the Special Agent position if/when it ever opens again, will I be able to do so and not get “turned away at the door”? Like the title says. I think about ninja like Genshin, Yakumo, Tyran, and Ayane (and maybe Hayate & Kasumi from DOA but I don’t know that much about them) and I wonder if they would be considered Master Ninjas, since they are or would be skilled enough to combat fiends (or Ancient Greater Fiend in Yakumo’s case)

First, I just wanna point out the obvious: if the Conflict never existed, humanity would be wiped out by the 2012 catastrophe and, if they survive, have to start all over again, only to be at risk of future catastrophes and no way to stop them (from what I gather from Layla’s laptop in Valhalla).

But back to the main topic, I was thinking about how in AC, most, if not all of the events of human history has been as a result of the Conflict. That makes me wonder what humanity would look like if the Conflict never existed. Or maybe, just by the nature of people being people and a-holes being a-holes, nothing would change much; there would still be wars and massive loss of innocent life.
