How to break free of lustful dreams when asleep/strong attacks of fantasy’s
Trying to break free of lust addiction, but get attacked the most in dreams, how can I overcome and break free of this?
I’ve been dealing with a pretty strong lust addiction since I was a kid,(11-13) and since I got baptized at 20 have realized, how strong my temptations have gotten.
I know it is the devil whom is tempting me and realize that usually by the end of each night and sometimes, more than anything, I get attacked in my dreams.
When is say attacked I just mean;
the fantasy’s almost come to life when asleep. I genuinely have the strongest feelings to wake up and just break the streak/go pick up a vape at the store.
While I know it is spiritual, there is only so much I can do, and despite praying to overcome said addiction, I tend to tell the more I focus and pray about it the stronger the urge gets.
It sucks, although I’m about day 4-5 of soberness, I know the second I change my mind and let down my guard, I will fall back into weeks if not months of addiction.
It’s a cycle and want to break free but genuinely know there are demons whom come out the strongest when I’m close to breakthrough
Any tips?
Sleeping 10-14 hours a day and waking with severe sleep inertia when waking up
25M, just graduated college, work out around 3-5 days a week. I’d say I’m pretty healthy other than my sleep schedule.
I tend to sleep around 10-14 hours a day, and gets worse in the winter. I used to live in the Midwest so the cold winters did not help.
Waking up is always the hardest. I say this because the first 2-3 or even 4 hours of waking up, I tend to see how foggy my brain really is, not only am I not able to think straight, but I also tend to not remember a lot of things in the first few hours of waking up. It sucks and is super annoying and I’ve even done sleep test for sleep apnea which came back with no symptoms.
Can anyone tell me what this is?
I would say it’s sleep inertia that is prolonged but why? Even if I try and fix my circadian rhythm by waking up and going to bed earlier, I tend to realize those mornings are even worse, meaning it does not get fixed.

Sleep 10-13 hours a day, and always waking up with prolonged sleep inertia, why?
Idk what it is, but I tend to sleep more than normal, I’ve done sleep test for sleep apnea but that was ruled out. And I just cannot figure out why I’m always sleeping/feeling groggy when waking up.

I would say I’m fairly healthy except for my sleep pattern, it’s killing me slowly and I cannot figure out why I’m always waking up like this.
Yes sleeping 10-13 hours is one thing
But part of it is just because I tend to wake up with the groggiest feeling. It usually last 2-3 hours and, Especially if I wake up earlier than 11am, I tend to not remember anything in those first few hours. Maybe a little but my brain is usually running on overtime in those moments. Sadly I end up falling back asleep because it’s just too annoying to stay awake. I’d say it is sleep inertia that is prolonged, but it genuinely feels like it could also be something else?
The most hate as a Mexican American I get is from other Latinos/hispanics
Not every single person I meet is like this. But as a man, I have realized it’s mainly other guys. And that is absurd to me. Just shows how flawed we are as human beings
(FYI my skin tone is not white, it’s brown/tan… I’m not white) I was adopted and my birth parents are Mexican )
(Born and raised in America with little to no Spanish, due to being adopted) as I’ve grown up and told people my ethnicity, especially other Mexicans, I’ve realize that they look at me completely different because I don’t speak Spanish. It’s crazy because you’d think other people of your race would accept you, but mainly and sadly that is not the case.
I understand that if one Hispanic sees another that does not speak Spanish, they tend to be confused. But it’s mainly the fact that people think I chose to be born like this, (little Spanish) (i tend to sound more American than Hispanic) which I did not. But still, people tend to look down on me for not having the same culture roots
Edit; If you stopped responding I’m just going to assume my point was right
Xbox One series S takes forever to load games
I’m genuinely just so confused how such a new system can, not only take 10-20 minutes to load into one game, but also crash multiple times. What is wrong with Xbox nowadays?
I’ve tried resetting, clearing cache, hard power down, etc. tested WiFi and it’s fine, this is 100% a software issue, and I’m just so confused why/how the newest consoles can run like this?
Is it normal to have seasons of life where you just spiral and say fuck everything/stop caring about life for a bit
Idk, maybe just me, but sometimes life is too much, and every couple years I just tend to fall into a deep season of smoking weed and not giving a fuck. Anyone else
Why are my back shoulder blade muscles activating more than my other back muscles?
I have been lifting for around five years and I’ve noticed that my back shoulder blade muscles tend to stick out more than anything.
Why is this?
I have tried doing winging exercises to fix it but still nothing, it’s super obnoxious and I can feel my blades stick out when laying down
Have already gotten surgery for chalazion, trying to find natural remedies
As said above, i’ve already had to get one taken out of my eye before surgically, and I’m not trying to go about that again as it screwed up my eye pretty bad. This is probably a pretty common post, but what I can do to get rid of a hardened chalazion? Warm compress has not worked and am way beyond that stage unfortunately
I was hired as a seasonal but not brought on and am wondering what type of employee the company looks for when hiring?
I was brought on to a Hermes as a seasonal (knowing I may or may not get the job) which was ok.
But what I didn’t know was, was the dynamic.
I guess I was too outspoken, which I realized was a red flag ig. So what is it, that luxury houses look for when hiring people? Quiet, but co fident, outspoken?
