Selected in MP TET Varg 3 but now they're saying my NIOS D.El.Ed is invalid. Is my career over? Need urgent guidance
My sister recently got selected in the MP TET Varg 3 (Primary Teacher) recruitment, but during the document verification process we're being told that her NIOS D.El.Ed qualification is not valid.
The confusing part is that we've seen many people online claiming that NIOS D.El.Ed is valid, while others say it's not. Some candidates even say they've joined government jobs with the same qualification.
We're trying to understand:
- Why is NIOS D.El.Ed being rejected in MP?
- Is this because of an NCTE rule, MP government recruitment rules, or a court judgment?
- Has anyone with NIOS D.El.Ed successfully cleared MP TET Varg 3 document verification?
- If your candidature was rejected, what did you do? Did you file a representation or go to court?
- Are there any recent High Court or Supreme Court decisions that can help? -we are filling case but need some guidance
This is a very stressful situation for our family and more candidate like us because she cleared the selection on merit, and now everything seems uncertain due to the qualification issue.
If you've personally faced this or know someone who has, please share your experience or any official documents, notifications, or legal updates.
Thank you.
