So I find the marlboro and camel liveries on bikes to look dope, but tobacco liveries are illegal in Australian motorsports.
However, is it legal to ride a bike that has one of those liveries on it, or could I apply a custom livery (say putting the yellow camel on a M1 or R1, or Marlboro on a 2000's/2010's ducati)?

Currently I've been using Savaleos as my leg day/oly lifting shoes for the last year and a bit, as is for power cleans and snatches, and with a heel wedge for back squatting and especially front squats.
I've recently started on a program for vertical jump training that predominately focuses on olympic lifts (Except jerk) and squatting, however I'm currently unable to do full cleans/get below parallel without collapsing forward, though if I front squat with a wedge under my heels as well I can get hamstrings to calves easily.
I am aware that the Savaleos have a minimal heel elevation relative to actual weightlifitng shoes, so sort of stuck between a rock and a hard place when it comes to mobility, I've been working on it for almost a decade (since my teens) but its always been poor. From what I see... there are 2 options:
- Getting 'proper'/higher heel elevation weightlifting shoes
- Getting versalifts to increase the Savaleos' heel height (supposedly an extra 1/2 inch, so 15mm to 27.7mm)
What would you recommend?
For the former I could get my hands on TYR L1's for about 40% of the price of LXJ shoes in my size, and ive heard those are very popular and the tyr is 21mm whilst the lxj is 25-27mm, whilst my current savaleos are 15mm. Are there any other recommended shoes?
For the latter, I am size 13 US, and on amazon the sizing guide has 13 as the top end for medium, whilst 13.5+ is the large versalift size, so I'd guess medium would be right but lmk if that isn't smart.
The current weight I'm moving is about a 90kg power clean, 100kg front squat and a 130kg backsquat, so if any are a liability under larger loads im nowhere near that yet.

wondering whether that dot is still a wart (cause to my knowledge a wart causes superficial capillary development as well as not matching skin lines [ie finger prints]) and there looks to maybe be a capillary development there idk

so I’m a tall guy (6’5”, 99” or 8’3” standing reach, about 90kg/200lbs) and when I jump standing or approach jumping it’s always like both knuckles to the height of the rim (can grab it 2 handed) or one handed is like wrist height.
i can feel as though my approach jump doesnt feel like I’m putting my muscles/joints through maximum effort (ie the motions feel sluggish or just not intense like a fat guy trying to sprint) and I’m trying to fix it, cause even though I jump, do plyos and lift heavy weights frequenty I just don’t feel like the intensity when I just is on par to say my squats/power cleans.
do I just need to jump more for a longer time period (I already jump lots during the 2 games I play a week, hit legs 2-3x weekly and plyos 2-3x weekly, have been training for years so the strength isn’t a limiting factor)
so to be short my problem is I can’t/don’t know how to increase my intensity jumping beyond my standard jump height and I wanna do more than rim grazers
currently I’m using just water and a toothbrush + airdrying to clean all the dust off my wow12’s but am wondering due to the fact theres still a bit of dust/dirt or whatever left over whether theres any safe soap/chemical I can add to the water and at what concentration whereby it won’t ruin the traction (ie not reduce performance nor lifespan) cause currently I gotta spend quite a bit of time scrubbing in a circular/in line with herringbone pattern and i feel as though that would be causing more wear on the traction than I need to.
Any experience/info with said compound would be appreciated

in the past letters and numbers usually peel slightly from washing but I heat press them back on with an iron.

mind you I wash according directly to instructions (soft/slow, cold water, inside out and for safe measure I put it in a bag) and there isn’t an agitator in the middle so the heck am I supposed to do?
I’ve got a few other jerseys that peel a bit (others have letters edging fraying from washing instead) so what am I to do? Obviously I can’t not wash them because they stink of sweat after playing in them…
these are jerseys bought from official nba retailers (their websites/stores, 3rd party brick and mortars, arenas etc) so what am I meant to do?
even my harden authentic jersey‘s swoosh and patch (it’s the oldest Nike model so it’s legit, they didn’t stitch them then) peel and in that case fabric glue doesn’t work after 1 wash (even after proper amounts, multiple days of heavy weight compressing it on)
Ive spent thousands on jerseys and Im dumbfounded, if there isn’t a solution I’d probably rob an nba store or something cause ts pissing me off
i know it’s 5 minutes per retriever usage on a chest, but I have a few questions for speeding up the process before I make a second one…
a) if I have multiple pets that have a retriever token, can I cycle through them on the 5 minute period to minimise the cooldown/wait times?
b) if not, then would a pet with elemental retriever and a pet with spiritual retriever run on different timers? if i say used the elemental would I also have to wait 5 mins for the spiritual one?
c) alternatively can I cycle through wizards on my account (each having a retriever pet) over the 5 minute wait time in order to minimise the cooldowns impact?

to be specific… things that provides long term time savers that aren’t like ‘arc 1 skip elixir or hyper potion’, whereby you’re actually playing the game and not relying on crowns/money for something non permanent (ie a perm pack/bundle mount application is fine, but not a henchman if you get me lol), spending gold for temp things (tcs or gold elixirs are fine).
Is the game day pro or other insole brands genuinely worthwhile, and if so would that be applicable to modern higher tech shoes with carbon plates etc?

So I beat Liberal Balls, Terminus and Citadel in standard before directed dropped so I got those 3 for early access calling cards, but havent played since December 2024 , therefore I couldnt get the tomb onwards early cards.
I know i can still get the standard calling cards for them, but i kinda want the early access ones too just to complete all 6. Is there a way I can legally or illegally acquire them (i am on pc/steam btw) cause otherwise I wont be able to 100% bo6 zombies in my mind, and I like to 100% most games I play if its feasible, or at least the portion of the game I play (ie. I could care less about multiplayer cod or warzone).

Havent played in over a year and realised I was only partway through the grind.
So when I left (citadel was last map ive played) there was the 2 gun strategy where you get your critical kills/do mystic gold on one weapon and grind the 30 manglers on another gun for the diamond. Is there a more efficient method (whether its directed on another map, another round cap other than 11, a better spot than the bowling alley etc.) cause I've seen 3 new maps dropped and there's double tap now so that could help idk?
Im not at the afterlife or nebula steps yet so ill get to a strat for them later (but feel free to leave any strats for those as well)

So obviously I know BCAAs are pointless with a complete diet when you have a sufficient protein intake, but in Australia whey protein is cheapest/best value online and requires time to ship if you arent on top of your existing stock at home.
Now in those cases, Coles (supermarket) sells pea protein at $20 per kg (best deal by far for all protein types but is obviously disgusting in taste lol).
Would having BCAAs on days I consume this pea protein powder create a complete protein source in comparison to say whey? (I have 0 intention of say buying rice/oat/almond or other vegan protein powders)
BASICALLY, I've got a few KG of pea protein stockpiled so should i have it with BCAAs or would that also be pointless?
