Multiple years ago someone drew a "chibi" cartoon drawing of this Lana here because they truly understood the vision. I've since been unable to find the artwork and I can't stop thinking about it. Does anyone have it? I'm thinking about putting it on a T-shirt. πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

"Product is no longer under warranty"

I bought a pair of skull headphones which boasted a 1-year warranty. Headphones are something that break a lot on me, so I was delighted by the warranty. Sure enough, ~5 months later my headphones break but I'm not bugging because I'm smart and have a warranty.

I dug out my receipt went to file a claim on their website, only to be met with: "if you don't see your product here, it is no longer eligible for warranty. :)"

They knew damn well people's corded headphones break + the "1 year warranty" would draw customers. How is that even legal to completely scam people like this? Awful everything
