Item i bought doesn't do all the stuff that was advertised. I am going to return it with local prepaid label but seller is begging not to do it as he will lose "weeks worth of wages" but then i told him if he can offer 30%-40% partial refund i am happy to use the item as it is but he insists he can only do 10% or other option is i return it. I am confused, is actually lying of losing everything if i return it? Coz he is ok with that but is he doing that to make me feel guilty? I think aliexpress have some kind of seller insurance that they get their money back coz not sure if they get the item back or not.
Onic is backed by Ufone and i got their sim and they assured me that roaming will work in Australia. Came here and it doesn't work, their incompetent support provided so many guesses to make it work like restart, buy roaming package, selecting manual network etc but none of their guess work. It's been 2 months now and they failed me miserably and i have had enough of their incompetence, all i wanna do is receive OTPs.
Anyway, i am going back in a few months. Should i switch to Jazz? Prepaid or postpaid? Anyone know if their roaming works in Australia?

Can someone help me with this bill? It is my first time with PTCL and installer took 3000 Rs for my 30 Mbps package when he installed saying this will cover until End May + 1500 install charges and rest i have to pay from 1st June to end June and after that it will be 3000Rs every month. But the bill is for 3920 Rs and i confused. Can someone explain? PTCL support is absolutely horseshit
Its been a month and Onic cannot resolve my roaming issues, before flying to Australia i was assured by them that my sim card will work without any roaming add-on. Here are the useless troubleshooting steps they asked me to do, which did not help
- turn on roaming from Onic app
- set network selection to Vodafone Australia manually
- purchase a local plan + international roaming add-on (I thought it was useless since i only wanted incoming roaming to work but still i purchased)
My phone can see the network providers in the settings and when i select Vodafone AU, after a few seconds it says SOS only that means the handshake between Vodafone AU and Onic/Ufone fails to register my sim card.
Should i give up? Their customer service is a big use joke too, i have already sent them like 100 emails.
Any suggestions or words i can use to sent to them maybe their technical team can think better after reading them coz right now i think they are using their brain in their godday to think

My sunroof plays up, all i am doing in this video is press tilt and close but sometimes motor just clicks, sometimes it actually tilts or closes and sometimes it just goes all the way back. If i reset the sunroof switch then it works just fine like brand new for couple of days and then again it is back to this state. Any idea?
