Reg follow up Fibroscan.

Hi all, I am 38 yrs old. BMI is 27. I had a fibroscan follow up after 1 year, lost 10 kg by hitting the gym and eating 70 to 80 percent clean most of the time. I am shift worker working long days and night shifts and in a stressful profession. My first fibroscan was Kpa 6.6 and CAP 279. Second one after 1 year with 10 kg weight loss was kPA 6.4 and CAP 211.

My hepatologist told its improving and will repeat after 1 year. My enzymes are in ALT 33. I am just worried that my kpA didnt come down despite losing significant amount of weight? any thoughts?

NRI darshan on 7.5.26

came to Kalahasthi at 6pm previous day.

Had darshan at Kalahasthi temple at 7pm.

Then came down to Tripathi -

went to Padmavathy temple at 8pm

Finished darshan in 20 min.

Stayed at a nice hotel in Tripathi overnight.

Went to ATC 300 Rs ticket counter for NRI at 11 am in the morning, was asked to show passport and Visa and ticket was issued. Lines were moving quickly, occasional holding for 10 to 15 min, Finished Darshan at 1pm and came out. Whole process took only 2 hrs.

Was surprised that how quick the darshan was considering it is summer holidays.

Hope this helps someone.

I have my passport, I have permanent resident status in the UK but I have those documents in my phone as it is online. Is it enough I show the proof on my phone or should I have the printout for NRI darshan?

Hi, my elderly mother is visiting the UK for couple of months from India. She is T2DM on insulin and has Hyptertension. Hence I want to buy a very good health insurance for her.

Should I use a Indian insurance company or UK based travel insurance for her visit?

Could you give some tips and suggestions.
