Finally got time to open these

So here we have the fast and furious silver series collection. I just wanted to post some pics of these outside of the package, for those who would be interested in seeing them and hadn't purchased them yet. I think that all of the wheel choices for each car is excellent, the tampos are crisp and aligned on each car with no pixelation, and all of them roll well, except for the RX7, which, for some reason, has a toe issue with the wheels in the rear. If you look closely in the pictures you can see it and this prevents the car from rolling in any way. Hopefully this isn't an issue with everyone of them out of the factory, but I truly believe that my rear axle is bent on both ends. I have no plans to roll these around at all. And they will just be displayed so it won't be a total deal breaker for me personally. Overall, I like the set in its entirety, and I like the smoked look of the paint on the supra the most. The charger being zamac is pretty cool.

It's been 6 long years.....

I finally got myself a Whopper with bacon today, and it was as good as I remember. The deliciousness of the flavors all combined in every bite, fresh, and hot, mmmmmm. The reason why I hadn't eaten one in so long was due to dieting. I hit my weight loss goal back in 2023 and have held it since. We will see how I feel after I polishing this thing off. I used to eat three of these things per week!!

Revell 1986 Ford Mustang Motorcraft GTO

This is a build that I finished 16 years ago. I watched these on TV allot as a kid in the 80's. Being that this kit is over 30 years old it gave me a ton of problems. The decals for the red stripes were junk, so all of the stripes had to be airbrushed. I think it came out surprisingly well for its age.

Good thing I went out for lunch today!

While at the office this morning I spoke with a buddy who was out hunting. He told me that he hit three Dollar Trees and then texted me the first pic that you see here. I told him, "dude go buy a lottery ticket"! Fast forward to lunch time and I didn't want what I brought in to eat, so I hit a place on lunch break for take out. While waiting for said take out, they have a Dollar Tree in that same shopping center. So I figure, what the heck may as well walk over and see what they have. The second and third pic are of my find. I can't believe that it was just right there in the front!! This is my second MB Chase find of the year and also my second Chase find ever in my 35+ years of collecting. Go hit up your Dollar Trees today fellas!!

Anyone else have these overflowing the pegs locally?

One of our two Walmarts just keeps putting these out. I'm like, how many cases do you have?! Surprisingly, even the Ferrari is still there. These are warming worse than the Myers Manx and the Moving Parts BMW.

Hasegawa Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evo

This was a fun little kit! This car is one of the most iconic hot hatches of the 90s, so I had to have it when it released. Zero fitment issues and I have zero complaints. The only additions are safety belt hardware and flocked flooring. This street version has me looking very forward to my rally versions that I still have to build.

Really happy to have found these two!

The Mugen MR7 style wheels on the Integra is an awesome touch adding a period correct look. The Cosworth is a rally legend, so an absolute must for me as a long time fan.

A good friend came through for me today!

I had no idea that this set was even out. He texted me and told me what cars were in the set. Initially, I was only interested in the civic, but then I told him, screw it, just get me the whole set since it's there. I'm actually happy with every single one of these and would have kind of regretted not taking the other four.
